Hi! Do you know who I am?
I am Big Bob’s daughter, Jennifer
Morgan. I have volunteered to put together
the A2 Brag Book for 2010-2011.
You can all help me with this year’s Brag
Book by taking pictures at every A2 activity
you attend. Then get the pictures to me along with a note
about each photo – who is in it, what event it was taken at,
and the date, along with any other comments.
I often attend the dinner runs so that is a good place to give
me your photos and information. If I am not there, please
give your photos to my Dad and tell him to give them to me!
And you can start giving me photos from April of this year
up to now as soon as possible. I can’t do it without your
pictures, so thanks for your help!

June is here again bringing in summer on the 21st with lots of
warm weather and thoughts of riding, however, it also brings in
hidden dangers.
One of those is the condition of our roads. We have been riding
and have seen holes in the pavement at least 12 inches in diameter
and 6 inches deep. Many dirt roads are full of potholes and are a
little soft and mushy. Crews will be out turning those pavement
potholes into launching ramps and others will be grading the dirt
roads. Later in the summer they will be treating those dirt roads
with a product to hold down the dust. That product when tracked
onto the pavement can make it very slippery. So if the pavement
looks dark near an intersection be careful.
June is also graduation time with many parties and some party
goers driving that shouldn’t be. There will also be many new
drivers with little or no experience on the roads. Even in our car
we have seen more self-centered people driving than in previous
years. How can you tell? They are the ones who pull out in front
of you causing you to use your brakes or want in your lane and
will cut you off to get it or will tailgate. I guess tailgaters feel
that the extra 4 seconds they save will make a big difference. We
have even seen people reading, eating, texting, talking on the
phone, putting on makeup and all sorts of things while driving.
All of the afore mentioned things are a big concern for our sport
of motorcycle riding and need to be mentioned every year. We
should all partake in a riding course or parking lot practice yearly
to hone our riding skills along with making sure we are physically
and mentally prepare to ride every time we ride. The main thing
we want to stress is to always ride safely and be aware of your
surroundings.
TILL NEXT TIME HAVE FUN RIDE SAFE
