Our watches are made from the finest materials, such as our sapphire
crystal fascias which can only be scratched by diamond. But to us,
quality is more than skin deep. Inside, we use innovative materials too,
such as “autolubrificant“ Silicium (Silicon) components. The result
are movements so precise and so efficient, that they could run for 3,044
years on the same power as a TV left on standby for one night.

CALIBRE ML 151
MASTERPIECE DOUBLE ReTROGRADE
The ML 151 is a movement with hidden depths.
Outside, it shows to the world a face of pure
calm. Yet inside is an intricate labyrinth of
features. A retrograde date display, a power
level indication, a retrograde second time-zone
display, plus components so fine they are only
4/100ths of a millimetre thick. It is the perfect
reminder that, in life, still waters often run deep.
CALIBRE ML 150
MASTERPIECE CALENDRIER ReTROGRADE
As if precision, hand-crafted time measurement
wasn’t complex enough, the ML 150 movement
interweaves it with a power indication and
retrograde (semicircular) date display. It is this
spirit of constant improvement that epitomises the
Masterpiece range. And the reason why the ML
150 also features black gold coated bridges and
no less than 35 jewelled bearings.
CALIBRE ML 153
MASTERPIECE REGULATEUR ROUE CARREE
This movement changes the face of time forever.
Featuring the world’s first ever square wheel
mechanism, telling the time is now a unique
experience in itself. The minute and second
hands each have their own spindle, whereas
hours are displayed through an impossibly
revolving square wheel. The ML 153 is a constant
reminder that in time, anything is possible.
CALIBRE ML 156
MASTERPIECE ROUE CARREE SECONDE
Years in the making, this movement introduces
the first ever square wheel mechanism to the
world. With a seconds counter displayed by the
turning of a mesmerising square cog, the ML 156
has changed the face of time forever. The perfect
example of how we will never stop following our
conviction for authenticity.
CALIBRE ML 190
MASTERPIECE CALENDRIER RETROGRADE
Busy people don’t stop, and neither should their
watches. That’s why we took the ML 150 and
created the ML 190 movement. One of our first
automatic manufacture calibres, it offers all the
precision features of the Masterpiece Calendrier Retrograde but with one small difference
– you’ll never have to wind it again.
CALIBRE ML 191
MASTERPIECE DOUBLE RETROGRADE
Exclusively developed in our own workshop, the
ML 191 movement takes the precision craftsmanship of the ML 151 and adds to it a self-winding
mechanism. Along with the ML 190, this is not
only our first automatic manufacture calibre but
also the largest of its kind in the world.

MASTERPIECE LE CHRONOGRAPHe
The first of their kind in chronograph technology.
The ML 160 movements take that rarest of
mechanical watchmaking achievements – the
60 minute counter – and add to it two unique
patents. Now with an innovative new release
lever and a totally redesigned cinematic chain
wheel, these movements have improved on a
chronograph design unchanged in the industry
since the 1800s. More precision, more
reliability, no more than you’d expect from
Maurice Lacroix.

MASTERPIECE LUNE RETROGRADE
A day is one revolution of the Earth. The time it
takes, is what the average watch is built to
measure. The ML 152, however, is no average
movement. Balanced with retrograde
(semi-circular) date and power reserve
displays, it also measures time by the movement
of the moon – charting the lunar cycle on a
celestial display. A humbling reminder that time

Maurice Lacroix is subjected ten solid days of rigorous quality testing.
This series of checks includes everything from accuracy control
and water resistance to a final observation phase. Only after passing
our tests with the highest distinction can the watch leave our workshop and be entrusted with our two-year guarantee.
