Mary’s Gone Crackers
Mary’s Gone Crackers are organic, gluten-free, and made with whole
grain brown rice, quinoa, flax seed, and sesame seeds. Another great
surprise these crackers offer is 450 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per 1 oz
serving! What a great offering for our gluten-free shoppers.
Namaste Baking Mixes
Namaste is a family-owned company making gluten-free and wheat-free
products. All Namaste products are free from the top eight most
common food allergens in the USA (as declared by the FDA): wheat,
dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, and shellfish. You may notice
some dark particles in their pancake mix and this is because they use real
vanilla bean in their products!

Mrs. Leeper’s Pasta
Mrs. Leeper's products are wheat-free, gluten-free, and organic. Famous
for a firmer bite and never "gummy,” Mrs. Leeper's offers a variety of
corn and rice-based pastas and dinner kits. The only way to know how
good Mrs. Leeper’s options are is to try them!
Gluten-Free Quaker Oats
Quaker Oats has introduced a new gluten-free oatmeal. Oats are
naturally gluten-free, but through growing, transportation, and milling
wheat, rye and spelt can be introduced into the final product. Quaker has
designed a breakthrough way to sort and clean the oats of any
contaminants and it’s put through rigorous testing throughout the milling
process to ensure a gluten-free status.
Enjoy Life Bars
Enjoy Life products and bars are free from the eight most common food
allergens in the United States as declared by the FDA: wheat, dairy,
peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, and shellfish. Also check out their
baking mixes that have added probiotics to help promote gut health!
Organic Valley Cheese
Organic Valley cheeses are crafted from organic, non-homogenized,
pasteurized milk that has been heated to a temperature of at least 165
degrees to kill bacteria that causes spoilage. Organic Valley farmers do
not use antibiotics, synthetic hormones, toxic pesticides, or GMOs. We
feel good about supporting their mission to support rural communities
by protecting the health of the family farm!

1907 New Zealand Water
It’s not anything new to us that water does the body good. Without any unnecessary calories, it helps
your muscles and brain stay hydrated for optimal physical and mental performance. Add slices of
citrus fruit, strawberries or cucumber to water to make the flavor more appealing, which may help
you drink even more.
Pearl Royal Coconut Water
One thing we like about this coconut water is that it has a light refreshing taste and contains
electrolytes. Electrolytes can be lost through sweating in exercise or during illness and it’s important
to replace them to keep your body on its “A” game. It’s also a great beverage with being lower in
calories and sugar than soda.
