The easy installation, the great stability construction, the consistency, the modular structure and the flexibility - all are characteristics of HI280 - the latest generation of adjustable shelving.
The design of the HI280 excludes the use of bolts or screws for
fitting, making the installation extremely easy, and allowing for
maximum flexibility on use. By using the system’s accessories,
any special storage needs can be met.
The shelving are made of galvanized steel and guarantee the
highest possible level of quality and functionality. The systems
are suitable for any field of work, from archiving documents, to
the storage of various components. Used as a simple base or
extension bay, the system can be extended as a storage solution that works in a mezzanine or high bay system.

HI280 multitier
The multitier system is made up of Dexion adjustable shelving
systems.
On the racking can be introduced additional storage levels with access aisles, to allow worker access in order to collect the pallets.
Due to this, the available space is maximized. The system is recommended for storing a wide range of goods that can be handled
manually.

HI280 System for Archives
HI280 offers an alternative to specialized archive solutions,
thereby becoming a simple, flexible and cheap system, suitable for equipping your archives.
The special construction made of perforated beams and
shelves of the HI280 system, allows for the ulterior setup of
different accessories, with minimal costs.
By using the experience gained in the field of archiving with

HI280 - Auto Industry Applications
HI280 systems for tire storage
Dexion has developed a set of accessories dedicated for tire storage. They are mounted on Dexion HI280
shelving systems, available in depths of 1500 mm, 1750 mm and 2000 mm and have a galvanized finish.
The depth of the frame is 400 mm for standard tires and the distance between two double rows must be 300.
Tire storage systems are ideal for car dealers, auto service shops, vulcanization workshops as well as for any
company that has a car park.

A special solution, designed starting from the HI280 system, allows for safe storage and handling of the windshields.

Special Applications
HI280 systems with mobile base
Using the mobile base of our Compactus system, the HI280 mobile
shelving are a cheap and resilient alternative for your mobile shelving.
With the mobile shelving you can profit to the maximum of the available
space. Using this system, an aisle is created only when it is necessary,
thereby doubling the storage capacity.
The system can be sized and configured according to your needs.
The HI280 mobile shelving combine the resilience and flexibility of
HI280 shelving with the space saving, efficiency and ergonomics which
characterize a mobile system such as Compactus.

Shelves
Each shelf, together with its support
beam, make up a storage level that
works as both a load support and a
stiffener. The shelves, with multiple
borders, and with pressed strengthening in the front, are made up of
galvanized steel sheet.
The front of the shelf is coupled directly in the upright, and the back
side is coupled in the support beam.
Each shelf and beam are slotted so
that separators can be used.

Divider wall
The divider wall is made up of
galvanized steel sheet and separates the entire space between
two shelves. On the top and on
the bottom it is fitted in the holes in
the shelves. Thus, compartments
closed on the sides can be organized, allowing for the use of the
entire height of the storage space.

The individual divider is made of
galvanized steel sheet and is used
for the open separation of the
shelves. To be installed, they only
need to be fitted on the shelf.
U-type divider rod
It is made up of galvanized steel
wire with 6 mm in diameter.
With this rod, fields with great
depths can be separated.

Divider rod
It is made up of a 19 mm steel
pipe, with a PVC cap on top. With
the help of this rod, the HI280 can
turn into a storage system for long
materials, which are positioned on
their edge.
Tire storage
The accessory is made up of two
pieces of galvanized pipe, 32 mm
in diameter, together with transverse supports. It is delivered as a
set: 2 pieces pipe and 2 pieces
transverse support.
Edge for storing small parts
Is used to prevent the danger of
small parts falling off, Combined
with divider walls, dividers, full
back and lateral walls, it ensures
an orderly and safe storage of
small parts, without having to use
boxes or crates.
Installation key
The type “K” installation key serves
for fitting battens to the system’s
uprights, thus creating the HI280
frames.
The setting up of the frames is only
done once, at the initial installation,
and additional adjustments will only
be made at beam levels.

at separating the field on all its
height.
Fixing bolt/screw
The fixing bolt/screw (8 x 50 mm)
is used for fixing the frame to the
floor.
Depending on the height of the system and the depth of the beams,
the HI280 system may require to
be fixed to the floor or not.
Base plinth
With the help of the base plinth, the
empty space between the bottom
shelf and the floor can be filled.
