NCR ATM Cleaning Services involves the cleaning of all external services of your ATM surround, fascia, ATM housing and drive
up kiosks. Cleaning services can be purchased in various quantities to fit your need and budget.

What is ATM Cleaning Service?
Prep and review
• Check in with site management
• Put down drop cloth and ATM Closed sign
• Complete inspection form for every ATM, if required by you
• Check for Deposit Cut Off Time notice (if full function ATM)
• Replace missing or damaged decals with replacement
provided by you

Reporting
• Take 5 digital photos:
- Before close up of overall ATM
- After close up of the overall ATM
- After photo of the FACIA
- After photo of compliance sticker
- After photo of the 10 foot ATM radius
• Report any ATM damage or major enviromental comcerns
in real time
• Check CRT/Monitor and report all issues and defects
• NCR will post photographs to its web portal within 10 days
of ATM cleaning
• Check that hearing impaired audio jack is functioning
and report all issues and defects
• NCR will maintain these photos in a database for 6 months
from the date of posting
Cleaning
• Wipe down the ATM, surround and/or topper
• Remove any non-standard decals, stickers, markings that
have been affixed to the ATM
• Use a mild detergent to clean ATM FACIA, surround/topper
• Identify any ATM, ATM signage or housing that is in need
of painting or refurbishment
• Clean ATM area with a radius of ten feet and remove trash
from all receptacles
