Boot Camp is for men aged between 18 - 35 who follow Jesus and are willing to be stretched in
terms of their faith and the choices they face as men in the 21st Century.
We will go away, camp out, and over the weekend challenge each other physically, mentally,
emotionally and spiritually. Men spending time with men - that’s the aim; sharing wisdom, sharing
struggles, and pushing each other on in faith.
Please note that the weekend will be physically demanding. If you have concerns about this and
would still like to participate at some level, please speak to Vic Chin.
The weekend will cost you $30 plus your full commitment.
Time: Be at church at 7:00pm on Friday 29th Jan. Return approx 4:30pm Sunday 31st Jan.
Location & Activities: This will be kept under wraps until the weekend starts.
Equipment to Pack: Boots or solid enclosed shoes suitable for walking, long-sleeved shirt, long
pants & shorts, hat, sunscreen, large water bottle, cutlery, non-breakable
plate/bowl/mug, toothpaste/brush, insect repellent, Bible, wallet, camp bedding (eg. sleeping bag,
pillow, camp bed, air bed, foam roll, etc) - And a small back pack. Don’t pack: Phones, cameras,
electronic equipment, pens, paper, or notebooks.
