SearchQ™ is a powerful automated ownership and equity report
that gives you an accurate and efficient reporting of a home’s
property tax records, current and historical ownership, legal
description, as well as voluntary and involuntary liens. When
applicable, also receive details on assignments, releases, and
foreclosure documents related to the property and parties.
Versions of the report available to consumers can also include
expanded property and community information such as
comparative sales, demographics, and relevant analyses. Single
reports are returned in as few as 30 seconds while batches of
1,000 or more are returned within hours.

with the end in mind. The first time your examiner sees the
