McDonough School of Business
We welcome you to the Hilltop for the 2015 Parent and Family
Weekend. We hope you enjoy experiencing campus life while you
are with us. Scheduled events include lectures with our outstanding
faculty, receptions hosted by each of our schools, religious services,
athletic events, performances, and many other unique Hoya
experiences. Of course, there also will be time to visit with your son
or daughter and explore Washington, D.C.
Inside, you will find the full schedule of events taking place on
campus throughout the weekend. Most of the events are open
to families from all four schools (Georgetown College, School of
Nursing & Health Studies, McDonough School of Business, and the
School of Foreign Service). However, each school will host its own
Friday evening dean’s reception as well as separate academic
advising sessions on Saturday morning. If you plan to attend any
of those events, please pay careful attention to the location and
timing of the sessions that apply to your student.
We hope you will share photos from your weekend. Please tag
pictures using #HOYAFAMILY15 on Twitter and Instagram. If you
have questions you will find staffed information tables in the Healey
Family Student Center on Friday and Saturday.
We are so glad you are here, and we wish you a wonderful Hoya
weekend!
