Since 1998, Ruskinn controlled low oxygen workstations have been the
trusted choice for laboratories around the world. Our controlled oxygen
workstations precisely replicate low-oxygen 'in vivo' physiology to offer
the ideal research platform for cell biologists and cancer researchers.
The workstations provide accurate, stable, and user-defined oxygen,
carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity control, creating the optimal
environment for cell culture and translational research.
Innovative Gas Mixing Technology
The Ruskinn advanced gas mixing system comes standard on all Invivo2
workstations. Its touch screen simplifies the calibration process, provides
rapid equalization, and facilitates the download of data.
·· Controls O2 from 0.0% to 20.9%
in 0.1% increments.
·· Controls CO2 from 0.0% to 30.0%
in 0.1% increments.
·· Automatically calibrates O2
sensor through screen control.
·· Allows hypoxic cycling, facilitating
up to 4 different O2 and CO2
concentrations through a
user-defined sequence of time.
A researcher at The Wales Heart Research Institute
accesses the Invivo2 400. The workstation simulates the
in-body oxygen environment of blood vessels to aid their
research on vascular performance and the differences
between healthy and diseased blood vessels.

Direct Access with Minimal Disruption
Maintaining a stable environment can reduce stress in cells and help ensure that your cell or tissue culture is expressing
correctly. In a CO2 incubator, variability in temperature and CO2 levels occur every time the door is opened.
With Invivo2 workstations, you can get in and out of the incubated work area with no disruption to the internally
controlled atmosphere. This means less stress on your cells. Unlike CO2 incubators, you can control oxygen levels with
the Ruskinn workstation.

The Invivo2 Hypoxia Workstation allows you to isolate cells in a
chamber that accurately maintains and controls temperature,
humidity, oxygen and carbon dioxide. With the Invivo2, you can
study even the most complex cell interactions under perfect
hypoxic or anoxic conditions. With more than a decade of
customer feedback and experience, our workstations have been
refined to meet your specific needs.

·· Quick and easy direct access with the gloveless, cuffed
Ezee Sleeve™ system.
The gloveless, cuffed Ezee Sleeve™ system provides access
without disrupting workstation atmosphere in just 40 seconds!
·· Very short interlock (pass-through) purge cycle time - as
little as 35 seconds in our smallest unit.
·· Single Plate Entry System (SPES) - a mailbox-like slot allows quick
side entry or exit of individual plates, bypassing the interlock purge process.
·· Read plates easily without exposure to oxygen - energy-saving
lighting provides perfect illumination.
·· Foot-operated high intensity halogen inspection spot lamp
for close sample analysis.
