Dear Colleagues,
The CCIM Wisconsin Chapter is pleased to share this electronic edition of our annual Membership Directory and
Resource Guide. The Chapter has a very exciting year planned as we continue our tradition of offering core CCIM
education opportunities to our members and interested industry professionals, as well as fun and deal-creating
networking opportunities.
The Board of Directors has added to the benefits of membership, particularly to those of us that have already
achieved the Designation, such as our Idea Exchanges. Idea Exchanges are planned meetings where Designees can
network together, inform each other of pending transactions, share ideas, and foster deals between members.
At its heart, CCIM is really about taking the best education in the industry and applying it on behalf of our clients.
I know I always prefer to work with an informed, savvy counterpart who “gets it”. Those who have achieved the
designation definitely “get it”. To make more of those interactions happen, I would encourage you to take a
promising broker you know aside and urge him or her to learn more about CCIM and to sign up for one of the
courses we host.
Many of us are seeing increased activity and a great start to the year. On behalf of the CCIM Wisconsin Board of

CI 101 – Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate

CI 102 – Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate
