PERFORMANCE SESSIONS:
The Leadbetter Performance Session
Do you feel you are reaching your potential as a golfer? Is your swing being
affected and limited by a lack of motion, inflexibility, or some restriction, or
even aging? Are you motivated to really improve? Well, here is a session
that every golfer should go through. Swings are formed around our movement
patterns and posture; that is why some swing errors are hard to change or
keep coming back. Improve your ball striking, power, and consistency by
having an in-depth assessment of your posture and swing motion in this 3 hour
session. Energy transfer and movement patterns will be evaluated using the
latest 3D analysis system – it’s like receiving a ‘golf physical’. Based on the
analysis, a stretching program and biomechanical swing exercises will be
provided to build a solid posture, power, efficiency, and develop a repetitive
swing. This is an excellent session with long-term benefits designed to be
incorporated into any lesson program or as a standalone session. “If you’re

Golf Performance Analysis
This valuable hour long session provides your instructor with vital information
which is utilized in developing your personal lesson plan.This session evaluates:
Movement patterns and physical limitations through a simple functional test,
3D ‘inner view’ of the swing assessing energy transfer and power leaks! Plus,
looking at your ‘Snap Factor’ – the key ingredient that all good ball-strikers
have. Ball-striking characteristics through the use of our state of the art launch
monitor; showing club head speed, ball speed, spin rate, swing path, etc.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Full-Day Private Session
Hire your own personal instructor for the entire day! Private one-on-one
instruction that begins at 8 a.m. All aspects of the game are covered and
instruction is custom tailored to you. Learn everything necessary for optimum
improvement. The session includes extensive video and computer analysis, as
well as a complete flexibility, strength and balance assessment in the Golf
Performance Center. Also included is lunch with your instructor, a gift bag, a
club fitting evaluation, a complete review of your customized exercise program
(based on your UPMC performance assessment) and a specific plan for
ongoing improvement. $ 1,950 per person
One-Hour Private Session
Capitalize on the opportunity to work on your short game or full swing with
one of our certified instructors. The hour includes extensive video and
computer analysis as well as a specific plan for ongoing improvement on
a take home DVD. This lesson is based strictly upon availability. This is the
perfect way to help you get started on “Building a Lifelong Game.”

aspects of the game. Available 9 a.m. to Noon or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.* Two days
are dedicated to full-swing instruction and one day to the development of your
short game. Includes extensive video and computer analysis, a personal static
club fitting evaluation, as well as a specific plan for ongoing improvement on a
take home DVD. Limited to 4 students per session.

Three-Day Retreat
Our ultimate learning experience! This program is designed for individuals
who desire a more intensive training session. The program runs from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m. daily. All facets of the game are covered, including 9 holes of
on-course instruction, complete full swing and short game training, one-hour
with our mental efficiency trainer, a personal club fitting evaluation and a
complimentary gift bag. Includes extensive video and computer analysis as
well as a specific plan for improvement and lunch each day with your instructor.

Mental Toughness Training Program
This one-hour program is designed to help students recognize and achieve their
“optimal performance state” and help to understand the key elements of the
mental game of golf. Dr. Robert Winters will work with you one-on-one to assist
in identifying and understanding “mental keys” to help achieve a personal
level of top performance. All students will develop a thorough understanding
of how to think and play on-course while learning how to create trust and
confidence. Includes classroom sessions, “on-course” training and tournament
preparation strategies. This program brings the entire perspective of physical
and mental training together to help you play your ultimate best!

Two-Day Retreat
This program is excellent for those interested in improving their fundamentals
and ultimately their technique. The retreat runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Instruction focuses on the full swing as well as all areas of the short game.

ongoing improvement, one hour with our mental efficiency trainer, a club fitting

PLAYER’S SCHOOL:
Three-Day Player’s School
For those serious about “Building a Lifelong Game,” this program runs from
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily and is limited to three students. The focus is on playing
and scoring. Day one includes a three-hole playing analysis, followed by
instruction on the lesson tee. Day Two includes playing three holes on course
with your instructor, followed by specific lesson tee training and one hour at
the end of the day with our mental efficiency trainer, Dr. Robert Winters. Day
Three includes continued instruction on the lesson tee and eighteen holes with
your instructor. The program includes a personal static club fitting evaluation,
comprehensive computer and video analysis as well as a detailed plan for
ongoing improvement, lunch each day with you instructor, and a gift bag.
