As a golf course manager with more than 20 years experience, I understand a lot of the
pressures you face. Tee-On Golf Systems strives to simplify the operation of the golf club
and help maximize its resources through a variety of software products specific to the
golf business. That’s all we do. When you’re looking to acquire new software for your
golf course, you’ll be making an important business decision. We will make every effort
to answer all of your questions to help give you the information you need. We offer online
tee-sheet management and point-of-sale software, as well as certified handicapping.
These products work independently or as part of a fully integrated network.

function we design is analyzed from the club perspective first. My job is

A UNIQUE TEAM
We have been able to build our centralized booking engine thanks to the
efforts of our diverse and dedicated programming team. For example, Rick
Willms, Tee-On’s Chief Technical Officer, has spent more than 20
years designing large-scale computer networks, primarily in the
banking industry. Unlike typical computer programmers who
build software for single users, Tee-On has followed the path set
by major airlines, hotels, and financial institutions. In short, we
can offer our member clubs different marketing opportunities
and high levels of management control, even offsite. Our affiliations with golf-specific web sites, such as MikeWeir.com
and Golfmax.ca, provide access to thousands of golfers.

Web bookings through Tee-On take about 15 seconds.
Unlike the telephone, golfers are never put on hold nor do
they ever hear a busy signal. That’s probably why participating golf clubs report about 2000 fewer calls in their
first year using Tee-On. (That’s just over 15% of their total
bookings.) A less-stressed environment also means that
staff can spend more time talking with customers, which
should result in improved customer service. Of course,
golfers can still book by phone if they choose.

When a golfer makes a booking at your club, it’s certainly good to know that the credit card number is legitimate, whether the reservation is made online or by
phone.

If your club does not use credit cards for
bookings, one click turns this feature off. Maybe your
club policy is to collect credit card numbers for phone
reservations or for web bookings. We know each club
runs differently, so we have designed each function to
be as flexible as possible.

For several years, golfers have been looking for the ability to book tee times online, the same way they’ve been booking hotel
reservations and entertainment events. When Tee-On launched its product in 1999, we knew we had developed something
unique for the golf market. Although our tee sheet runs through the Internet, it behaves as if it were installed at the club.

Tee-On is not a Internet company. We happen to use the Internet to power
our booking system through something called an ASP (Application Service
Provider) model. Large corporations, including banks and airlines, rely on
ASP technology to operate. However, businesses of any size can capitalize when data is managed this way. Software installed at the club requires
too much maintenance.

What’s unique about the Tee-On System is its centralized database. Simply
