Executive
Director's Message
Antioch, “Gateway to the Delta”
I would like to extend an invitation to you to
join the East County community to come out and
discover the beautiful Delta by way of the 22nd
Annual Antioch Rivertown Jamboree Music & Water
Festival.
Highlights of this year’s event include members
of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and National
Guard who will be on hand during the festival and
the “Support Our Troops” opening ceremony to
honor our servicemen and women past and present.
This year’s headliners will be the legendary Freddie
Hughes performing on Saturday and Faye Carol on
Sunday.
There will be four areas of power-packed,
non-stop entertainment. Bring your lawn chairs and
enjoy the water event presented by Frank Lozano of
Inland Marine. It’s all about the water war on the
Antioch waterfront. Come and see who will win the
2007 Antioch Western States Cup Jetski races. We
are also sponsoring a Family Fun Run on Sunday.
Saturday at dusk, the PT Cruisers will entertain
us with a Show ‘N Glow light show. For the little
ones we have a special KidsFest Area for them
to take part in many hands on projects, jumpers,
bouncers, mazes and a petting zoo. These are just
a few of the many events happening at this year’s
Festival. Bring the entire family and enjoy two funfilled days. It’s all about Antioch and the Delta.
As volunteers, this is just one way we give back
to the community we live in. A special thanks to
all of the volunteers and sponsors. See you at the
Antioch Rivertown Jamboree Music & Water Festival
