Semi-automatic carton former
manually adjustable on different box sizes
with automatic bottom flap folder & box pusher
Working Cycle
Semi-automatic machine to form uniform sized boxes to fold the four bottom flaps and to
support the carton during the filling made by an operator. The operator adjusts the machine
on the different box sizes by handles. The unfolded blank is in-feed tilted with a downward
pressure to fold the front and back flaps, then it is pushed forward to operate the flap closer
by a pneumatic control and is kept with the bottom closed, facilitating in this way the filling
operations, leaving the operator with free hands to operate. Once finished, the operator
closes manually the four upper flaps and pushes the button activating the box pusher into the
case sealer or next station.
The Goldflex 056-P combined with a sealing/gluing machine & out-feed conveyor is a
compact - semi-automatic - productive packaging line.
Machine Description
Painted and riveted steel structure. Pneumatic control system. Safety guards protecting the
moving parts. Convenient side store to support the blanks. The adjustments of the various
widths are carried out by means of lateral guides adjusted by hand-wheel.
