SITUATION
The three areas of land at very well located in North Gloucestershire with excellent roadside
frontage.
Lot 1 is situated at Alderton which is 7.5 miles east of the town of Tewkesbury. Lots 2 and 3
form part of Home Farm which is situated on the outskirts of the village of Toddington.
The attached location plan shows the location of the three lots.
TENURE
The property is freehold and offered with vacant possession upon completion.
BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME
The land is registered for the Basic Payment Scheme and entitlements are included in the sale at
