Galatians 1:10
"For am I now trying to
win the favor of people, or
God? Or am I striving to
please people? If I were
still trying to please
people, I would not be a

Success v. Significance
Every year, in early August, the football world descends upon Canton, Ohio. It is a weekend to
celebrate the success of the best of the best in the football world as a select few are permanently
enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. As NE Ohio FCA, we strive to make sure that athletes
are not just striving for success, but more importantly, that they are striving for significance. This is
the vision behind the FCA Champions Breakfast, hosted annually during Hall of Fame Weekend.
This year, we were fortunate enough to have Coach Tony Dungy and Hall of Fame Player Anthony
Muñoz join us to share their testimonies. There were 300 coaches, athletes, and community
members present to hear each of their journeys not only to success, but to significance through their
relationship with Jesus Christ. It was an amazing morning, highlighted by 17 first time commitments
to Christ!
Check out the pictures highlights below:

Huddle Highlights
Our FCA Huddle groups are off to a great start this year. Here are just a few of the highlights!
Wooster High School FCA - Our newest FCA huddle kicked off with a bang at Wooster High
School. They welcomed 45 students to their first meeting and then 52 students to their
second! The student leaders at Wooster are passionate about impacting their teammates
and their school through the ministry of FCA! We are excited to watch God minister to and
through these awesome students.
Claymont High School FCA - Another new huddle group is kicking off this fall at Claymont
High School. FCA Team Bible Studies have already began with the Cross Country, Football,
and Volleyball teams. They will be hosting an all school kick-off event on October 17th!
Tallmadge HS & MS FCA - Tallmadge HS and MS have been having record attendance as they
have kicked off their respective huddles this school year. Here are some pictures of what
God has been doing there.
Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all you who
are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.
