TRIFORM
This abduction cushion allows a spread position of the legs to prevent frictions between tights and between knees and provide hip
abduction. Composed of a triangle of visco elastic memory foam covered by a Pharmatex cover. The positioning of the TRIFORM is
made directly in the bed and the cushion can be maintained in the correct position thanks to adjustable Velcro strap.
Remark: The first preventive measure against pressure sore is to change the supporting points of the body frequently. In a sitting
position,the body should be raised as frequently as possible to limit compression of the blood vessels, enabling correct blood circulation
For hygienic reason, the Triform should be reserved for the exclusive use of one patient. Do not place any other material between the
cushion and the patient’s clothing. Do not use the Triform without cover.
Always check the good condition of the product before every use

Viscoelastic foam (density: 80 Kg/m3 (5Lbs/Ft3) and Pharmatex Sanitized Cover (75%polyurethane 25%polyester)
Storage: Do not expose to direct heat – For long-term storage, place the cushion in a dry and temperate place

the original purchase date. Only the foam will be replaced. The outer material is not covered and must not be returned. This applies when items are

TRIANGLE D'ABDUCTION AVEC MAINTIEN FEMORAL
La gamme de positionnement PHARMAOUEST permet de maintenir le patient allongé dans une position stable et conforta
ble, de diminuer les facteurs favorisant la formation ou l'évolution défavorables des escarres (pression, cisaillement, fro
ttement et macération). Composée de coussins de base et de plots de tailles différentes, seul ou en association, ces prod
uits permettent de faire un positionnement personnalisé.
Le triangle d'abduction permet une stabilisation des jambes en position écartées. La mise en place s'effectue
dans le lit. Il est composé d'un coussin triangulaire en mousse viscoélastique recouvert d'une housse en
pharmatex et de sangles amovibles fixées par velcro.
Composition :

Housse : 75%polyuréthane 25%polyester
Sangles : Dessus polyester, dessous coton, intérieur ouate Conseils d'entretien :

Eponge et eau savonneuse ou produit désinfectant
Nettoyage vapeur saturante sans ajout de formol
Rinçage et essorage normal chlorage tambour à repassage usuels T° modérée
* Pour un bon aspect du produit dans le temps, il est préconisé un lavage à 60°C.
Conseils de désinfection : Résistance à la désinfection Alcool dénaturé : 90%+2% Ether.
Résiste à : HAC; Réocid;Lyorthol.
IMPORTANT :
Lors du lavage, il est recommandé de fixer les attaches autoagrippantes.
La housse ne doit être replacée qu'une fois la mousse parfaitement sèche.
Vérifier l'état des coutures et du produit avant toute nouvelle utilisation.
