Trakka Dashboard
The Trakka Asset Health Dashboard displays live Asset Health data that allows users to quickly and easily track
performance, while alerting your team to potential issues. This value added functionality is yet another way to view
the health of your assets and can be reached from any web enabled device.
You can access your Dashboard at https://trakka.dingo.com/Dashboard -- just bookmark it on your web browser so
you can return anytime. To log in, please use your Trakka username and password. The dashboard can be
viewed at the Trakka Site level or filtered down by Location using the controls on the header bar. It also now
contains two tabs of information as summarized below. Use the tab icons to navigate between the pages.
1. Asset Health Tab
• 4 key performance trends on asset health - components in critical and warning, component life vs.
budget YTD and cost avoidance. Each KPI has a detailed report available behind it.

Provides charts on Asset health, Top 10 faults last 90 days and a list of High Hour components
2. Work Management Tab
• 4 key performance trends on work management: (1) actions completed (2) actions created (3)
observation count (4) observation turnaround time.

Asset Health Tab
Fleet Risk and Performance YTD
This area shows 4 key performance indicators of the Asset Health System:
1. Components in Critical – the current sum of Rebuild Cost for Components in Critical condition
2. Components in Warning – the current sum of Rebuild Cost for Components in Warning condition
3. Replaced Components – the % Budget Life achieved for Components that have been replaced year to
date.
4. Cost Avoidance – the sum of Breakdown Avoidance Cost Savings, Production Savings and Condition
Based Component Savings for the year to date.
How to Read the KPI Summary Box
The KPI summary boxes have a number of metrics being displayed. Below is an explanation of these. To access
the detailed report behind each summary box, click on the current month KPI value or title of the KPI box.

Components in Critical Condition
By clicking on the title of the Components in Critical summary KPI box, or on the current monthly KPI value, will
open a detailed report showing all components in Critical condition. This table provides a list of all components that
are currently in Critical condition, showings the current Fault Effect, the Time in Critical condition. The table is
sorted (descending) by Rebuild cost.
Components in Warning Condition
This table provides a list of all components that are currently in Warning condition, showings the current Fault
Effect, the Time in Critical condition. The table is sorted (descending) by Rebuild cost. It is accessed by clicking
through the Components in Warning Summary box.
Note there are 3 tabs on these reports, allowing you to toggle between a list of Critical components, Warning
components and All Abnormal (both Warning and Critical).

Replaced Components
By clicking on the title of the Replaced Components summary KPI box, or on the current monthly KPI value, will
open a detailed report showing all Components replaced in last 30 days. It shows the Component Removal date,
Component Age, Budget Life, % Budget Life, Rebuild Cost and Reason for Removal. The table is sorted
(descending) by % Budget Life.
Cost Avoidance
By clicking though the Cost Avoidance Summary box, it opens a detailed report showing Cost Avoidance captured
by the customer over the past 12 months. The chart contains savings values for:

Breakdown Avoidance Cost saving – parts savings captured by avoiding breakdown events
Breakdown Avoidance Production saving – downtime savings captured by avoiding breakdown events
Installed Component savings – savings from components still running that have exceeded expected life
Changed Component savings – savings from replaced components that exceeded expected
Cumulative Project Savings – total savings from items above

Asset Health
The Asset Health chart shows a trend of component condition over the past 12 months. The chart contains 2
different views to display this information, controlled by the tabs in the upper left of the chart. The Count view is
displayed by default.
1. Count – the % values are calculated based on the count of components in each condition
2. Value – the % values are calculated based on the total rebuild cost of components in each condition
Asset Health by Location
The Asset Health by Location chart is accessed by clicking on any column for a specific month in the Asset Health
charts. It displays a breakdown of Asset Health by location for the month that was selected. The trend indicator at
the top of each column indicated the % change from the previous month in the % Normal Components.

Top 10 Faults
The Top 10 Faults chart shows the Top 10 Faults issued over the past 90 days. This is a count of Fault Effects
assigned to Reviews during the past 90 days, where at least one tracked maintenance action was issued. The time
period and Y axis category can be modified using the Report parameter options available at the top of the chart.
Report Parameters are available on a number of charts in this version of the dashboard. If a line and arrow appear
above the chart, as per below then some parts of the report can be customized.
In the case of the Top 10 Faults chart, the time period and Y axis grouping can be customized. Select any changes
and then click on the View Report button to update the chart

High Hour Components
This table provides a list of High hour components by % Budget Life. This lists all components currently greater
than 100% of Budget Life. It shows the current Component Condition, Age, % Budget Life and Rebuild Cost. The
table is sorted (descending) by % Budget Life by default.
This report has some multi select filters in the Report Parameters to help filter the list to the desired equipment.
Simply use the checkboxes to make your selections and then click View Report to update the report.
Navigation Tip
On any of the drill through reports there is a back arrow that will take you back to the master report. Simply click on
this back arrow and the initial report will be loaded again.

Work Management Tab
Action Management and Observation KPIs
This area shows 4 key performance indicators of the Work Management section of Trakka;
1. Actions Completed on Time – % of Completed Actions where the completed date is prior to the due date
2. Actions Created – the number of Actions created during the month
3. Observation Count – the number of predictive maintenance observations imported during the month
4. Observation Turnaround Time – average observation turnaround time (collection to import) for all
observation types, during the period.

Actions Completed on Time
By clicking through the Actions Completed on Time summary KPI box, it will open a detailed report showing a
trend of the number of Actions that were completed on time over the past 12 months. This is only displaying
information about Completed Actions, any currently open (Recommended or Accepted) actions are excluded from
these trends, since it isn’t know yet if they will be completed on time. The default view is by Count as shown below,
which a simple count of whether the actions were completed on time
The other view, average time, shows the monthly average time for all actions that have been completed, for the
following workflow processes
• Days To Accept/Reject – how long it takes to acknowledge the recommended maintenance action
• Fays from Accept to Complete – how long it takes to complete the action, once accepted to be done
• Days from Recommended to Complete – total time from recommendation to completion

Actions Created
The detailed chart provides two views into the Actions that were created over the past 12 months. The default
view, Condition, shows the number of Actions created each month by the Condition of the review.
The second view, Priority, shows the Actions created by their assigned Action priority. Toggling between the two
views is controlled by the tabs at the top left of the chart.

Observation Count and Turnaround time
By clicking through either of the Observation Count or Observation Turnaround Time summary KPI box, will open a
detailed report showing a trend of Observation Count and Turnaround time over the past 12 months. Both of these
values can be displayed as a grand total for all observation types (top chart), or by using the report parameters the
values for each individual observation type being used.

Overdue Observations
The Overdue Observations chart shows the current total (by Location) Observations that are overdue for collection
based on their last observation date/meter, the observation interval and recent equipment utilisation. If Trakka
calculates based on current information that the next observation is overdue for collection it will be shown in this
section. The Trakka component health view has information about the next scheduled observation date.
Clicking on any of the chart bubbles will open a detailed report of these overdue observations for that Location.
There are two views of this data, by Date or by Meter. For sites that don’t import regular meter readings into
Trakka most of the overdue observations will be shown in the by Date table. It is worth checking both tables when
reviewing this information

Overdue Actions
The Overdue Actions chart shows a 12 month trend of overdue actions by Priority. This shows the number of
actions that were overdue each month and provides a way to drill through to more detailed information.
By clicking on the chart title, it will open up detailed tables that list all of the overdue actions. These tables allow
you to view the information as one list (all actions) or by condition (warning and critical). The table provides
information about the action, its priority and the site work reference number, as well as calculating how many days
overdue it is. The default sorting of this table is by Priority, then by Days Overdue.

Maintenance Actions issued during the past 90 days and split by the condition of the associated Review.
