On behalf of The Asia Pacific International Academy of Pathology (APIAP) and Indonesian Association
of Pathologists (IAPI) - International Academy of Pathology, Indonesian Division (INA-IAP), it is my
great pleasure as the chairperson of the local organizing committee to announce The 10th Asia Pacific International Academy of Pathology (APIAP) Congress that will be held in Indonesia, from April
24-27, 2017. The meeting venue will be at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), which is
located at the beautiful island of Bali.
An exciting and interdisciplinary scientific program is being currently delineated by the scientific committee. This year meeting will be in conjunction with Asia Pacific Society of Molecular Immunohistology, hence this congress promises to be an excellent marketing and sales opportunity for many countries around the Pacific Rim.
The scientific program will include 14 diferent fields in four parallel sessions and several societies such
as CAPA, IAP-Arab Division and International Society for Immunohistochemistry and Molecular Morphology (ISIMM) will enrich the program. The faculty will include more than 50 internationally
renowned speakers that will address the most recent issues and controversies in related fields.
Please make sure your participation in the most important and anticipated bi-annual congress

DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP (IDR 450.000.000 + GST)
Diamond Sponsorship opportunities are available up to 3 sponsors. Each Diamond Sponsor will receive
the following entitlements as part of the package:
1. Two exhibition stands, each of 3m x 3m. Cost of standard exhibition stand construction will be
covered by the organizing committee. Your position in the exhibition will get first priority.
2. Your organization can host one Lunch Symposium for 30 minutes after plenary presentation on
Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (April 24–26, 2017).
• Usage of the main meeting room during Lunch Symposium with the existing audio and visual
equipment and operator.
• The program outline of the Lunch Symposium will be features in congress website, printed
announcement and program handbook.
• Usage of International Congress of APIAP 2017 logo in your lunch symposium invitation card and
can be inserted in the congress bag.
• Lunch box during Lunch Symposium session will be provided by the organizing committee.
• Opportunity for your sponsor standing banner to be displayed on main meeting during the Lunch
Symposium.
3. Complimentary of two private lunches, 30 delegates maximum per lunch on different day. Speaker
and topics chosen by sponsor. Your assigned luncheon room will be allocated to your company for
2 days allowing you to profile specific equipment you may wish to display.
4. You will have access to the names and positions of attending delegates in advance allowing you to
choose who you wish to invite to private lunches for further networking opportunities.
5. Five minutes allocation for a power point presentation at the end of a plenary session before lunch.
The session will be attended by most pathologist.
6. Acknowledgement of your company’s Diamond Sponsor status by APIAP Chair Person during opening and closing ceremony.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS BOOKING PROCEDURES AND
PAYMENT INFORMATION
TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. For Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsors:
• IDR 20.000.000 upon receipt of the sponsorship agreement and first invoice (non refundable),
up to 25% of payments by 3 months after agreement.
• 50% of payments must be received by January 20th , 2017.
• 25% of the rest payments must be received by March 10th , 2017.
2. For Silver Sponsors:
• IDR 5.000.000 upon receipt of the sponsorship agreement and first invoice (non refundable), up
to 50% of payments by 3 months after agreement.
• 50% of payments must be received by March 10th , 2017.
Should the Sponsor fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of the conference, the
Organizer will be entitled to cancel the reservation while cancellation will be subject to cancella tion fees as determined below.
CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION
Notification of a sponsor to cancel sponsored items must be submitted to the Congress Organizer
in writing. The effective date of cancellation or reduction of sponsored items will be the date on
which the Congress Organizer receives the written notice.
CANCELLATION SCHEDULE
The organizer has the right to retain or invoicing
• 50% of the agreed sponsored amount if the written cancellation / reduction is received by the
organizer up to March 10th , 2017
• 100% of the agreed sponsored amount (No refund shall be made) if the written cancellation /
reduction is received by the organizer after March 10th , 2017.
