Day 1 ˜ Arrive Placencia: Meet
and Greet on arrival at the Belize International Airport. Connect to a short
commuter flight to Placencia, south of
Belize City. Transfer to your selected

Day 2 ˜ Placencia: Explore the
world’s first jaguar preserve. An experienced guide will lead you through
the hiking trails, pointing out medicinal plants and herbs, animal life and
habitats. You can also swim under the
waterfall and go river tubing. (Accom-

Monkey River Tour: Explore Monkey River by boat, observing Howler
Monkeys, Tropical birds, Iguanas,
Crocodiles and many other species of
wildlife. Stop at the village of Monkey
River to place your lunch order and

view families of Howler Monkeys and

to the Cayo District to the lively little
town of San Ignacio, situated between

Day 5 ˜ Cayo District: iToday, you
will take the Xunantunch and Barton

Temples and Barton Creek Caves by
Canoe: Xunantunich sits just inside
the Western border of Belize to Guatemala. Before reaching the entrance of
this ancient city, your party will board
a 19th century hand-cranked ferry
which takes you across the Mopan
River. From this vantage point, one
gains a panoramic view of the Cayo
District and Guatemala.

Next, we continue to Barton Creek Cave in Amish
territory. Equipped with canoes and high-powered
lights we gently paddle into Xibalba (she-bal-ba).
As you glide through the cave system you will be
dazzled by the glistening crystalline rock formations and awed by the Mayan artifacts secretly
tucked away in overhead alcoves.
Day 6 ˜ Cayo District: You will have the day at
9 Days/8 Nights
SNUBA is the opportunity to experience the fascination of Scuba with the simplicity of snorkeling.
