DAILY SCHEDULE (example)
COLOR GUARD PROGRAM
High school students with a passion for color guard: You don’t want to miss
the Music for All Summer Symposium. Music for All’s color guard curriculum
provides time with leading instructors and immerses students in hands-on,
experiential learning opportunities. The Symposium brings together
the rock stars of color guard, the leadership in the marching arts activity of
Bands of America, and Music for All’s mission to create positively life-changing
experiences, in order to provide the ultimate learning environment.
NEW! This summer, the color guard division will offer three different mini-tracks
that will help students develop their color guard skills at the level that best
fits their needs. This learner-focused curriculum will help every camper
come away from camp feeling stronger and more confident!
• Intermediate Track: This track is designed for students who want
to improve their strength and skills on flag, rifle, or sabre.
• Advanced Track: This track will challenge students with faster-moving
instruction, and more difficult skills and choreography.
• Elite Track: This audition-only track is designed for students who are
well established in the activity, and show advanced skills on all three pieces
of equipment, along with strong movement and performance skills.
