Most of the time ‘computer wire management’ is ignored until the very last moment. Whether a computer station needs to be moved or upgraded,
or the dust bunnies start having babies, or even worse, someone trips and falls on a cable, wire, or hose just lying on the ground. There are many
ways to eliminate unsightly wire nests and cable and tripping hazards; but if it’s a cord cover or drop over you need, then you are at the right place.
Electriduct has cable management supplies to fit almost every application. Small, medium, and large jobs all require a unique style cord cover to fit
the needs of that particular job’s environment.
The Rubber Duct Cord Covers by ElectriDuct are small and light in design but very STRONG structurally and all but one of our rubber ducts can
handle car/truck traffic, just like our polyurethane cable protectors!

D1-10 & D-1-12
The D-1 series is perfect when the application only has one very small wire. Typical runs would be
a phone line or high gauge wire (14, 18, 20, or 22). The D-1’s come ‘UNSLIT’, but can be slit by
the end user with the proper tools and safety precautions. With a narrow design and low profile the
D-1’s can handle vehicular traffic. Available in Black or Brown.

The next size up is the D-2 series, which comes in 5- or 10-foot lengths and, yes, they can handle
vehicular traffic all well. And with a center channel of 1/2” x 3/4”, the D-2 is our most popular
model. Typically because it can handle a standard computer station set-up, power cord(s), and
CAT5 cable. The D-2’s can be ordered either SLIT or UNSLIT depending on the application, which
is usually determined by the size of the connector at the end of the cable. For instance, a regular
power plug will NOT fit through an UNSLIT D-2 channel, but would work great if the center channel
was split. Available in Black or Brown.

A very unique product manufactured by ElectriDuct is the D-3-12 cord cover, specifically made
for those unique job applications that call for ‘2 channels of protection’ for small gauge wire.

D-22-5 & D-22-10
Now we’re getting into medium size rubber ducts, which basically mean the channels are a little
bigger, allowing for more or larger cables to pass through. The D-22 series is available either
SPLIT or UNSPLIT and with a center channel of 3/4” x 1” can handle some connectors but we
recommend ordering a ‘split’ cord cover. For one, it will eliminate the chance of your power cord
or cable with a large connector from NOT passing through the channel. And second, a split D-22
will still be strong enough to withstand floor traffic & vehicular traffic. Available in Black or Brown.

The D-100 series is different in that it has 3 channels that are almost 3/4” X 3/4”!! The center
channel comes split for easy access and the two side channels offer more room for other (add
on) cables. Recommended for foot traffic only, the D-100 is perfect for those office applications
where multiple cables are required to complete a job. Easy to install, the D-100 is a great way to
protect your equipment while providing a safe working environment. Available in Black or Brown.

The D-200 series is our second most popular model and with good reason. With two center
channels that are 3/4” X 7/8” and two outside (smaller) channels, there is plenty of room for most
applications and the durability is outstanding. The D-200 is great for outdoor jobs (truck traffic) or
warehouse applications, but with its low profile can also be used inside the office environment!!

The Altinex Tilt N Plug Jr. table top interconnect box provides an attractive
solution which integrates computer, computer video, audio, network and
AC power connections directly into your tabletop or your home theater
system.
These desktop outlets allow you to hide connections by closing the lid
when in use and easily access them when needed by pressing on the
top panel. When closed this desktop outlets are flush against the tabletop
surface making them almost invisible. Each panel includes power and
data connections, and depending on the model may also include audio
(stereo mini), and video (15-pin HD), modem (RJ11), and network (RJ45)
connections. Each input plate of the desktop can run simultaneously
without interfering with the connections to any other user. All sources are

2:1 Heat Shrink
Heat shrink tubing can be used in a variety of applications in the military, commercial, and consumer
markets. 2:1 Polyolefin heat shrink is most commonly used for insulation, strain relief, or color coding
due to its lower shrink ratio. All heat shrink tubing will shrink lengthwise as well as its diameter; 2:1 shrink
tubing will shrink one half of its nominal diameter and less than 7% of its length. This heat shrink tubing
is also RoHS compliant and UL Listed. Available in an array of colors and diameters from 3/64” to 4”.
Colors include: black, gray, clear, white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, and yellow/
green. The diameter of heat shrink tubing is measured as a round tube, not flat.

3:1 Heat Shrink
3:1 heat shrink tubing is ideal for applications such as wire harnesses, where you
need the material to have a large enough diameter to get over bulky connectors,
yet you still need it to shrink down to a smaller size. 3:1 Polyolefin heat shrink will
shrink down to one third of its nominal diameter, and less than 10% of its length.
3:1 heat shrink is RoHS compliant, and available in diameters from 1/8” to 1 ½”
with a color choice of black, white or clear. The diameter of heat shrink tubing is
measured as a round tube, not flat.

This heat shrink tubing is made from a specially formulated cross-linked polyolefin
with a highly flexible adhesive liner to create a puncture resistant seal. Tough
and flexible, the flame retardant tubing can be used for harnessing large cable
bundles. The Polyolefin tubing can shrink down to a 1/6th of its size and provides a
permanent, waterproof and environmental seal that provides superior resistance.

Neoprene Heat Shrink
Neoprene heat shrink tubing is primarily used in military or aerospace applications where
components need to be protected against liquids such as oil, fuel, and hydraulic fluids. Neoprene
offers exceptional fluid and solvent resistance and can also be used for insulation, strain relief, or
abrasion resistance. It will remain flexible if used at a low temperature and has a 2:1 shrink ratio.
The minimum shrink temperature for Neoprene heat shrink is 135 degrees Celsius, and it has an
operating temperature of -75 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius. Meets all aspects of Mil
Spec MIL-I-23053/1, and is available in black, in diameters from 1/4” to 1-1/4”.

Heat Shrink Tubing
Viton Heat Shrink
Viton heat shrink is generally used in military and commercial aircraft applications, as it
exhibits superior resistance to aggressive solvents such as fuels, lubricants, acids, and other
highly corrosive fluids. With a 2:1 shrink ratio, it is ideal for uses such as cable bundling and
protection, as well as wire harnesses and component covers. Viton shrink tubing will remain
flexible whether used at a low or high temperature, and will also offer protection from cuts and
abrasion caused by impact or movement. The operating temperature for Viton is -55 degrees
Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius, however it can operate in temperatures up to 300 degrees
Celsius for short periods of time. It has a minimum shrink temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
Viton heat shrink tubing meets Mil Spec MIL-DTL-23053/13 AMS-DTL-23053/13B and has an
indefinite shelf life. Available in black, in diameters from 1/8” to 2”.

What make this item unique are the sealing, insulation and protection it has
for wire terminal and connection sections of wires and cords. Tough flameretardant polyolefin tubing lined withal flame-retardant adhesive provides the
optimum solution for applications where full flame retardancy is preferred. It
is suitable for use on wires and cords etc, which will be exposed to harsh
environments. When the tubing shrinks, the adhesive lining melts and flows

Cable Ties
Our Cable Ties are made of general purpose Nylon 6/6. The smooth, rounded edges ensure that your cables and
wires (not your personal self!) are not cut or damaged with use. Nylon cable ties are a self-locking, one piece tool,
that has a low profile head that conserves space. They are used for securing loose wire, cable and cords. Closely
spaced positive locking teeth allow fine adjustments to tie bundles of a variety of shapes and sizes. Head and pawl
are integrally molded in this item for additional strength and durability. The different colors available allow you to
create a coding system, which can come in very handy, if using it for multiple objects. It locks tight and will not stretch
or slide, it is tamper proof for permanent use. Sold in packs of 100.

PET Expandable Braided Sleeving
PET Expandable Braided Sleeving has a variety of uses, and can be implemented in practically any application, including wire management, automotive restoration,
and even PC modification. With its one-of-a-kind braided design, it is simple to install on a wide array of hoses and cables, even ones with bulky or large connectors.
When fully expanded, it will reach three times its nominal diameter. This allows you to easily slide the sleeving over larger components, and stretch it to a third of its
nominal diameter for covering smaller parts.
Made from Polyethylene Terephthalate, PET sleeving has a high tensile strength while still maintaining extreme flexibility. This lightweight weave is RoHS compliant
and provides ideal chemical resistance, as well as resistance to moisture, rot and fungus (as defined by Mil Spec MIL-E-5272). It can also withstand continuous
operating temperatures of -103 degrees Fahrenheit to 257 degrees Fahrenheit, with a melt temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit. Available in diameters from 1/8”

Braided Sleeving
Non-Fray Expandable Braided Sleeving
PET Non-Fray Braided sleeving is the ideal solution for covering cords that will endure frequent handling. This unique material can withstand heavy usage with
minimal fraying at the ends, unlike standard PET. Since the sleeving does not unravel easily, it is perfect for field installations; you don’t need a hot knife for a smooth
termination, you can just use scissors. Non-Fray expandable sleeving is also appropriate for use in automotive, industrial and computer applications. The maximum
continuous operating temperature is 257 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can withstand abrasion, chemicals, moisture and UV light. This sleeving is RoHS compliant, and
conforms to ASTM and MIL standards. Available in black.
Non-Fray Expandable Sleeving is also available with a flame retardant composition. This material will self-extinguish quickly and also reduce flame spread to
surrounding components. With a melt temperature of 482 degrees Fahrenheit, Non-Fray sleeving meets the following specifications: MIL-202, FAR 25 VW-1, and

PET Wrap
PET Wrap is perfect for applications that require multiple wire breakouts or access to specific sections of wiring for rework. It provides the same flexibility and abrasion
resistance as the PET Expandable Braided Sleeving but with the added feature of a hook and loop closure running the length of the material. This allows you to work
on segments of the cabling, rather than having to remove the entire covering and rerun all of its contents.
PET Wrap is RoHS compliant and provides abrasion, chemical, and moisture resistance, as well as resistance UV light. It maintains continuous operating
temperatures of -103 degrees Fahrenheit to 257 degrees Fahrenheit, and a melt temperature of 446 degrees Fahrenheit. PET wrap is available in diameters from

When your application requires cut and abrasion resistance but also frequent rearranging and rerunning, F6 Wrap-Around
sleeving is the ideal product for you. F6 is far more flexible than other types of slit tubing and is also much easier to install,
however the most exclusive property of the F6 sleeving is its ability to ‘remember’ its placement. The sleeving will provide
a 25% overlap to cover the side entry, and whether you wrap it tightly around the cord bundle or just apply it loosely, it will
retain its hold throughout movement and temperature change. This feature also helps maintain a sealed entry, even on
tighter bend radiuses. F6 sleeving is RoHS compliant, meets a variety of Mil Specs, and has a melt temperature of 230

Nylon Multifilament Expandable Braided Sleeving
Nylon Multifilament is a durable yet flexible sleeving that exhibits extreme resistance to cuts, abrasion, vibration, and even common chemicals found in automotive and
marine environments. Although it is cloth-like to the touch, this sleeving is exceptionally strong and will hold up in almost any application, including under the hood of
a vehicle, along the floor, and even outdoors, as it resists UV damage and does not rot or retain moisture. Nylon Multifilament sleeving can operate in temperatures
from -49 degrees Fahrenheit to 248 degrees Fahrenheit, and has a melt temperature of 482 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also RoHS compliant, and meets Mil Specs
MIL-I-47203(MI) and MIL-S-47053(MI). Available in black, and in diameters from 1/8” to 2”.

Reflex Reflective sleeving is a combination of the lightweight PET material (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and 3M Ultra Reflective
monofilament. The result is a highly reflective sleeving that not only provides abrasion resistance, but also the benefit of high
visibility, due to its 360 degree reflectivity. Compared to using methods of protection that are plain white in color, Reflex sleeving
is up to 1500 times brighter, and is perfect for adding low light safety to cables and hoses, guy lines, chains, fences, and other

When you application requires protection against high temperatures and vibration for continuous periods of time,
Nylon convoluted tubing is the product that will get the job done. Perfect for use on automotives, Nylon loom is a
slit tubing manufactured from Nylon 6, an impact modified, heat stabilized material which withstands the extreme
temperatures of engines and other heat-generating components. It offers tremendous strength and resistance
while remaining extremely flexible; you can wrap and weave your way around wire harnesses and modules,
without any gaps in the slit of the loom which would compromise the safety of its contents. Nylon convoluted tubing
comes available in black with a white stripe, and in diameters from 1/4” to 2”. This automotive grade tubing has a
continuous use rating of 125 degrees Celsius (257 degrees Fahrenheit) and can withstand almost any temperature
produced in the engine compartment of a vehicle. This exceptional temperature resistance is made possible by the
use of a heat stabilizer. This heat rating is based on a 3,000 hour continuous heat age; essentially, the tubing can
be placed near the vehicle engine, and the vehicle could travel at 60 miles per hour for 3,000 hours (180,000 miles)

abrasion. With a continuous operating temperature range of -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, this convoluted slit tubing is suitable

Convoluted Tubing
Plenum and Riser Convoluted Raceway
Plenum and Riser convoluted raceways are ideal for installations that require the channeling protecting optical fiber cables marked OFNP or
communications cable marked CMP or CMP-OF to be Plenum or Riser rated, such as for use in ceilings, walls, or ducts. It is an absolute necessity to
use Plenum and Riser rated raceways in such environments as they prevent the dangerous – and potentially fatal - outgassing of fiber optic cabling in
the event of a fire. Plenum and Riser raceways are available in ½” to 2” diameters, and in the industry-standard colors orange and white. In addition,
both raceways come standard with pre-installed Kevlar pull lines.
The corrugated Plenum Raceway meets and exceeds the UL 2024A requirement for smoke and fire release, while conforming to NEC 2002 Sections
770 and 800. The UL 2024 Test for Flame Propagation and Smoke-Density Values for Plenum tested the material to have a maximum peak optical
density of 0.5, along with a maximum average optical density of 0.15 and a maximum flame spread distance of 5 feet. All Plenum raceways are
required by law to be marked as Plenum, whether it be printed in the surface of the raceway or on a marker tape. Plenum conduit is non-metallic and
manufactured from PVDF (Kynar) resin. Its flexibility makes it easy to maneuver through tight duct work while maintaining the proper bend radius,
allowing the fiber optic cabling to perform optimally.
The Riser Raceway demonstrates the same characteristics as Plenum however it displays additional fire resistant capabilities, which prevent fire from
spreading from one floor to another. According to the UL2024 Test for Flame Propagation for Riser, the flame propagation height is less than 12 feet
with a temperature of less than 850 degrees Fahrenheit at the 12 foot point. By law, all Riser raceways must have ‘Riser’ marked on the tube itself or
on marker tape. This raceway complies with NEC Article 770.53.

Solid Wall Wire Duct
Solid wall wire duct offers comprehensive cable protection and is ideal for
applications where no break-outs are required, and side wall access is infrequent.
Made from self-extinguishing PVC, this duct meets the UL rating UL94 V-O and
is also approved by CSA and Lloyds Register. It can operate in temperatures of 5
degrees Fahrenheit to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Solid wall wire duct is also RoHS
compliant, lead free, and the base slots meet the DIN 43659 standard. Available in
gray, white and black, and in a wide array of sizes. Covers included.

665 Gaffer Tape
The 665 Gaffer’s Tape is considered to be the leader in its field due its quality and its multitude of uses.
Traditionally used in theater, television and film productions due to its multi-purpose characteristics usage
– what can’t it do?! With its composition of vinyl coated tape with rubber resin adhesive, the 665 is strong
enough to secure a light fixture to a temporary base or on a wall (without stripping off the paint!) but handy
enough to be torn by hand in either horizontal or vertical strips. The matte finish keeps the tape from
reflecting light and the rubber resin adhesive provides a waterproof and dirt resistant seal that does not leave

The TVR 10/100/1000 is an easy to use LAN tester that saves time while allowing you to

T-30 Ingersoll Rand 2545 series is a heavy duty air compressor mounted on a
large ASME horizontal air tank complete with drain valve and safety valve factory
mounted. The cast iron pump is rated for 35 CFM and a factory set pressure of
175 PSI. The 2545 series is available in 230 or 460 volt motors with the NEMA 1
magnetic starter mounted and wired. This Ingersoll Rand industrial pump is designed
in a V configuration for maximum cooling and is available on a ASME coded vertical
or horizontal 120 gallon tank.
