Synopsis
White carpet, as a white sheet of paper
on which the dark silhouettes map out
in a movement the first lines of a
sketch… On these lines, the group
builds up, leaving room to the light. The
bodies assert themselves becoming
selfish, neglecting the group. The
human being has eyes only for himself,
until conflicting himself. How far will he
take it before understanding that his
peacefulness will only come from
others?
Note of Intent
L’IniZio – Italian for the beginning – takes as starting point Michelangelo’s Genesis, painted on its way to
the Sistine Chapel. This fresco will serve as a foundation for a reflection on human condition – or the
destructive tendency for human kind to break every imposed rule. The center piece on the canvas (rf:
The Original Sin) illustrates it: the human being in its eternal Eden chooses to ignore the one and only
simple rule, symbolized in the most ordinary object.. As the fresco, L’IniZio is divided in three main parts, themselves divided in three parts as well. First, we
see the notion of the individual in the group, in osmosis with the others until the dancer slowly affirms
himself until he becomes selfish, gravitating around the others without making concessions. Various
musical universes - going from Arvo Pärt to Miserere by Allégri, as well as more electronic sounds, fuel
these three parts. Music to which the body gets attached, detached, with power and lightness, and as it
comes back they become an osmosis. This body, present on L’IniZio, combines and intertwines,
affirms, by it’s own individuality, a rough energetic and in vogue Hip Hop. Each interpreter gets a taste of the liberty to express himself in this Hip Hop dance, between mastering
pure techniques and opening to numerous inspirations.
On the white floor, the light draws out multiplying shadows, interweaving and gradually coloring,
accompanying the bodies in a route pursuing the movement that creates a color palette.

Compagnie Chriki’Z/ Amine BOUSSA
Amine BOUSSA is a young self-taught dancer and choreographer. Born in Alger,
he discovers hip-hop in high school and then begins to train diligently. He participates
to his first workshops with the Käfig and Accrorap dance companies, and discovers the
stage very rapidly participating in the opening of the worldwide youth festival in Alger, in
front of 75000 spectators – a show by Safy BOUTELLA, shown in August 2001.
From 2002 to 2003, Amine dances for Alger’s National ballet in the piece “LE PEUPLIER
ROUGE”. In 2004, he dances for Robert SIEGFRIED’s company Dit from Grenoble
(contemporary dance). This same year, he is a dancer-performer in Accrorap / Kader
ATTOU’s company “DOUAR”, a piece with more than a hundred representations in
France and abroad (Israel, Netherlands, Ukraine, Serbia, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Island
of Réunion, etc.).

In 2007, Amine joins the company EGO, participates in numerous educational, artistic
and dance projects in “CATCH ME IF U CAN!”, a street performance.
In 2009, Amine BOUSSA is a dancer-performer in a three solos dance work for the
company Etre’Ange: “METAMORPHOSE”. In 2010, he dances in “SYMFONIA PIESNI
ZALOSNYCH” for the National Choreographic Center of La Rochelle / PoitouCharentes, Kader ATTOU / Accrorap company (Summer of 2010 creation for the
Montpellier Dance festival). The same year, he creates the company Chriki’Z in La
Rochelle and choreographs his first dance work in 2011, “MOOVANCE”.
As his path, Amine want to give to the Chriki’Z company a hip hop far from the clichés
and open to other stylistics, a hip hop nourished by meetings without neglecting the
performance.

Amine BOUSSA also goes on with his performer and dancer journey in “INSTABLE”
from the company S’POART / Mickael Le Mer. He also joins the De Fakto company for
the French-Mexican dance work “LA NINA de LA CASA AZUL”.
Equipe Artistique
Jeanne AZOULAY
Jeanne has a very particular dance, between contemporary dance and hip-hop. She gets
inspired by these two aesthetics to develop a hybrid and personal style. Since 2009, Jeanne
cooperated with various companies: company EGO’s “CATCH ME”, company Massala’s
“AFFLUX”.!
In 2012, she co-wrote “ESSENTIEL” for the company Cortex and she is dancer-performer in
“MOOVANCE” for the Chriki’Z/Amine BOUSSA company. Jeanne has a keen interest in
transmission. She choreographs “RACINES”, a dance work for 10 amateur dancers for the
Chriki’Z/Amine BOUSSA company.!
In 2013, Jeanne is a dancer-performer in “La NINA DE LA CASA AZUL” for the De Fakto
company, “AN AMERIKAN DREAM” for the company Les Associés Crew, and in Daruma’s
“FUEROS”.!
Johanna FAYE
Johanna is a versatile dancer, she moves from hip hop (Break, house, hip hop
"new school") is contemporary and jazz dance with great ease ... It starts hip hop
participating in battles in France and Europe, including Battle of the year 2009,
when it ranked 4th with the first group only for female battle.En 2009 Johanna
dance in "RACINANT" (contemporary dance) choreographed by Ingrid FLORIN
"FLORES" for the Brazilian company Membros / Thias Vierra and participates in
the opening of the Pan-African festival in Algiers, Algeria. In 2010 johanna is a dancer performer in "THEY" Sylvain GROUD in
"HETMISPHERIOS" piece tango / Hip hop Spinelli Andres (Argentina). The same
year, Johanna won with his Swaggers group "dance delight" and are vice champions
France at the Casino de Paris.
Cédric «KENJI» SAÏDOU

Kenji is a young dancer and choreographer Original
Reunion has already signed several choreographies in
his company "AndrHomme" in 2006, « Haine Terre
Rieur" in 2008, "ROOTS AND ... "In 2010. In parallel, Kenji is a dancer / performer for several
companies, between 2006 and 2007, with the
company Aktuel Force / Gabin Nuissier on
"ELEMENTS" and "PROXIMITY" in 2008 for the
company Khady FOFANA for "OTHER" in 2010 Kenji
joined the Nomad company for the play "Connection"
and EGO company to "CATCH ME".
Artëm is a young hip hop dancer Russian first passionate battle,
why he forged an original style but also swift dance. For the year
of Russia in France, Artem is identified by the Company S'poart
that integrates its Franco / Russian "NA GRANI" project. In 2010, Artem moved to France and joined the Company I (2) on
the parts "MYSUPERLOVER.COM" and "RESONANCE". In 2011,
he continued his career with the company S'poart on resuming the
role of "IN VIVO" room and their new creation "UNSTABLE". In 2013, Artëm is a dancer / performer in the play "THE ROOTS"
for The National Choreographic Center of La Rochelle / Kader
ATTOU / Accrorap company.
