Year-Round Beers
Available in 4/6 case, draft
LUST Weissbier
A traditional Bavarian beer with a generous amount of wheat made with
a special strain of yeast that results in wonderful banana and clove flavors.
Served ‘mit hefe,’ this ale is unfiltered, giving it a cloudy appearance and a
bright white lacing head.
ABV 6.2%
GREED Session IPA
The newest installment of our Greed beer is a session IPA making it a
light, low-alcohol IPA. It pours a golden color with a creamy beige head.
As a dry-hopped beer it delivers a fresh and hoppy aroma with all of the
hop flavors you would expect from an American IPA.
ABV <5%
SLOTH Brown Ale
A tempting nut brown ale that pours a delicious, deep color topped by a
wonderful creamy head. Our Sloth is medium-bodied with a toasted, nutty
maltiness. The perfect beer for a lazy, slothful day.
ABV 5.7%
ENVY India Pale Ale
An English-style IPA that shows a deep copper color with a luxurious head.
Hops are at the forefront of this ale’s flavor and aroma, but it finishes with a
nice malty backbone.
ABV 6.8%
WRATH Amber Ale
We make our smooth amber ale by adding a variety of caramel and
chocolate malts to a basic pale ale to produce a dark amber. Rich in color
with well-balanced malt and four different Noble hops makes this filtered
ale a delicious experience.

Seasonal Beers
Filbert's Chocolate Porter JAN FEB MAR
A bold porter made with Ambrosia cocoa and natural hazelnut flavoring.
Its sweet, nutty aroma is followed by a rich chocolate flavor with a mildly
bitter hop tang.

Oktoberfest AUG SEP OCT
A seasonal favorite, this traditional Bavarian lager has a smooth, malty
flavor with a slight hop finish.

HOG WILD NOV DEC JAN
In honor of Milwaukee’s long and celebrated history of producing the
finest motorcycles we have created Hog Wild. This black ale has a spicy,
citrus aroma and features a healthy addition of orange peel and cracked
black pepper.

Special Reserve Beers
BEAn ME UP SCOTCHY MAR APR MAY
This beer boldly goes where no beer has gone before. We brewed up a robust
batch of scotch strong ale and energized it with Kona and Sumatran coffee.
The result is a big and malty ale with a dark copper color. Toffee and coffee
flavors cling to the palate with slight raisin, alcohol, and sweetness on the end.

Coconut strong BROWN ALE JUN JUL AUG
At first sniff its creamy, coconut aroma induces dreams of the tropics.
The luxurious taste rounds out the experience sending your taste buds on
an island getaway. This coconut ale could make anyone go nuts.

OLD SCROLL BARLEYWINE ALE SEP OCT NOV
Imagine finding an old scroll hidden among a heap of antiques and trinkets,
then blowing off the dust and unrolling it to find a magnificent colorful
calligraphy of a beautiful traditional style. Similarly we present our barleywine
as it was meant to be. This warm fruity ale has a robust maltiness intertwined
with assertive hoppy flavors that are sure to produce the sensation of being
connected to a great tradition of brews. Taste the flavors and characteristics
that will develop increasing layers of complexity as the beer matures and ages.
