ATLANTIS, THE PALM CELEBRATES THE YEAR OF THE GOAT THIS CHINESE NEW YEAR!
Bringing in the Year of the Goat with a “ram”, Atlantis, The Palm will celebrate Chinese New Year in three of the iconic resorts’ Asian themed
restaurants. The stylish restaurant, bar and lounge YUAN, a popular haunt for A-list celebrities, award-winning buffet restaurant Saffron and
ever popular Asia Republic will feature special Chinese New Year menus and entertainment between 18th to 28th February 2015.
Chinese New Year’s Eve, which falls on 18th February 2015, is a special occasion when family members reunite from across the world, to share
love and joy through celebrations and food.

An occasion for Chinese families to gather for their annual reunion dinner, the Chinese New Year meal usually consists of a communal hot pot
or dumplings which bear the cultural meaning of reunion, as well as dishes that symbolize good fortune or happiness.
Bringing in the Chinese New Year with a bang, guests at Atlantis will enjoy a variety of mouth-watering Oriental dining offerings and themed
entertainment, along with a spectacular fireworks display on 18th February at 8pm in Dubai.
Visitors will also experience a 3 day traditional lion dance throughout the resort between 18th and 20th February, a symbolic ritual to usher in
the Chinese New Year and evict bad spirits from the premises for the coming period.
