Food Vendor Rules and Guidelines 2016
GENERAL
FEES AND COMMISSIONS
The 2016 Bisbee Blues Festival will take place September 911, 2016. The main event is Saturday, September 10th from
12 PM-10 PM at City Park, which is located at 62 Brewery
Avenue in Old Bisbee. KBRP Community Media is the
sponsor and organizer of the event.
A non-refundable $200 registration fee will reserve your 10’ x
10’ space. Each food vendor will be required to complete a
Festival Application, Temporary Food Vendor License
Application (with final menu and site plan), copy of current
Health Inspection, and Certificate of Insurance verifying
Commercial General Liability Insurance. This is a rain or
shine event. Inclement weather or Acts of God will not result
in the cancellation of the event or the refunding of your fees.
There are a limited number of booths available for the festival.
The spaces are currently reserved for food and beverage
vendors, as there is limited space in the park. All vendors are
required to provide all licenses and permits as well as proof of
insurance. The spaces are limited to 10x10 (in most cases, but
there are a few larger areas for full service food vendors) and
require all materials to be provided by the vendor.
VENDOR INFORMATION:
Set up must be completed by 11:00 AM Saturday morning
– you may arrive as early as 6:00 am. Prior to 8 AM, you will
be able to pull your vehicle into the park, but after that time this
option may not be available. If that is the case, you will be
asked to park in the loading/unloading zone for no more than
10 minutes to remove your items from your vehicle.
Tear down will begin 10pm and we ask that you do not
leave prior to this time as it disrupts other vendor’s sales.
If you have made accommodations with KBRP because of
special circumstances, please make sure you address this on
the festival day of so that park placement can be considered.
Standard booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Electricity is available
upon request. Vendors must provide their own canopies,
tables, and chairs. Canopies must be a MAXIMUM of 10”x 10”
for booth spaces (unless other arrangements have been made
with KBRP).
All tents, booths or canopies must be made from fire retardant
material. Each canopy leg must be secured with at least 40 lbs.
Please note that the Bisbee Blues Festival does not have extra
weights on hand for vendor use.
All Food Vendors are responsible for complying with all
Cochise County and State of Arizona guidelines for food
service to the public.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to
the event. Due to limited space at the Bisbee Blues Festival,
vendor selection will be based on menu, completion of
paperwork and payment. The Bisbee Blues Festival reserves
the right to limit the number of Food Vendors in all categories.
Application and equipment fees will be refunded to any vendor
not approved.
MENU AND BEVERAGES
Food Vendor menus will be approved on a first come basis.
All final menus are subject to approval by the Bisbee Blues
Festival. The Bisbee Blues Festival will only sell all alcoholic
beverages, soda, and water.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

as a positive representation of the community and at no time
should engage in any illegal/disrespectful activities. Any
vendor found in violation of these rules can be fined and
maybe removed from the festival at that time and possibly in
the future.
