The porcelain collection CUBIK Micro Mosaic, made in Italy by ZigurArt is an
innovative product with excellent technical properties, with new colour shades
that can be mixed and matched together to meet the various design needs.
Cubik Micro Mosaic is a new concept of wall covering that is then further
enhanced by the passage of precious glazes and pure metallic effects which
imbue the material with new strength and render it immortal, thus creating a
unique and luxury range of shading.
Thanks to its size 300x300 mm. these tiles are very easy to install, and when
you lay down each tile, work it into the adhesive, you have to use a spacer of
1,5 mm. to make sure the tiles are spaced evenly. Use a level to make sure
the tile faces are flush. You can use a rubber mallet or a block of wood and a
hammer to gently tap down tiles that are too high.
Once the adhesive has set up, you can carefully walk on the tiles.

Once all the tiles are laid and the adhesive has set, you can proceed to the
grouting phase : we recommend the matching grout C240 Antracite from
Litokol + Spotlight Metallic or Gold that you can also buy from ZigurArt.
Apply the grout with a rubber float at a 45-degree angle, working it into the
spaces
Wipe excess grout off the tile faces with a sponge. Be careful that you do not
dig the grout out of the spaces. Once the grout has set up, you can go back
over the tile faces and clean off any remaining grout residue.
Many times the grout is not easy to clean on the porcelain tiles and many
times the tile installer has left a grout haze on the porous porcelain tiles.
In these cases it is best to use a specific cleaning solution to thoroughly clean
the porcelain tiles, remove any grout haze and get the grout to its cleanest
possible state.
CLEANING THE TILES CUBIK
We recommend for the daily cleaning the common detergents free from waxes
or perfumed oils ; We recommend specific alkaline-based detergents, caustic
soda, potash to clean dirty like oils and vegetable, beer, wine, coffee, food
wastes etc. ; do not use scouring powders or other abrasives which can scratch
the finish.
