confidence to pursue his passion for Hip Hop.
By the end of Cambridge level he set out to Gaborone to reach for new heights and
challenges. In 2009 Karli Beatz meet up with A.T.I and Pk Maada, along side
Biggz at the University of Botswana. The four of them had music as the
greatest thing in common. Freestyle and recordings were part of every encounter.
It was late in 2010 when A.T.I dropped his “Batho Bame” mixtape that Karli Beatz
started getting recognition from magazines and news papers such as Kutlwano,
UB Horizon, and Lapologa as well as from both aspiring and established artists, such
as Apollo Diablo, KEB, Milez, HT Tautona, E.P.I.C, Scar and more... Next came the
Rated G mixtape developed by Kay Swiss and Remy which featured a couple of Various
artists. Karli Beatz produced for Milez the Tamati Soo track which became the first
single out from the project to be aired on Yarona Fm. The track later had an incredible
Remix featuring Scar, Zeus and Bone - C of S.E.G.
