LiftMaster Launches First Internet-Connected
Commercial Operator
In October, LiftMaster announced its new Logic 5.0 Commercial Door Operators, the industry’s
first line of Internet-connected commercial operators.
Logic 5.0 integrates MyQ Technology, allowing city services such as fire stations and

Since Logic 5.0 features Security+ 2.0, dealers can consolidate the number of remotes to
stock. Integrated dual-voltage connections also streamline stocking needs and reduce the time
required to change voltage.
LiftMaster standard features are included, such as monitored entrapment protection through

Wayne Dalton Introduces
Advanced Rolling Door Systems
In October, Wayne Dalton
introduced two new commercial
entry systems, the Advanced
Rolling Door System 800/800C
ADV and the Advanced Rolling
Grille Systems 600 ADV.
Designed to open and close
faster while delivering high
cycles and durability, both
products provide security and
low maintenance. The Advanced
Rolling Door opens two times
faster than a standard sectional
door and three times faster than a
standard rolling door. The springless Advanced Rolling Grille opens three times faster
than a standard rolling grille.
Both systems include photoelectric sensors and self-monitoring 2-wire, electric
fail-safe sensing edges. A drop-stop device eliminates uncontrolled downward
curtain travel. Ideal applications include high-traffic areas and public buildings.
