TIPCO Technologies makes it easy with our On-The-Spot mobile hose testing equipment. Our Hose Safety Institute certified assembly and fabrication staff provides the
most efficient and cost effective way to keep your hose assemblies safe and documented.
Our Service Includes:
• Hydrostatic Testing to HSI 500 or Coast Guard 33CFR156.70 Specifications
• Test Certification and documentation
• Automatic assembly data entry into TIPCO Trakker hose tracking system
• Hoses checked for proper grounding
• Hoses visually inspected
• Discounts may apply to TIPCO supplied hose assemblies
• Unit may be shipped to customer or brought on site by our fabrication and testing personnel
Customer Needs To Provide:
• 110 Volt Electric
• Access to water
• Designated area to evacuate water after testing
• MSDS for any product residue that may be present inside hose assemblies
