This agreement is entered into between Rock Pointe Ranch LLC, hereinafter referred to as RPR, from

Owner is the owner of a horse hereinafter referred to as Horse that is identified as follows:

RIGHT TO INSPECT - The Owner and or his Agent has had the opportunity to inspect the
facility and agrees that all aspects of the facility are acceptable and in acceptable condition. All
objections as to the conditions of the facility must be provided in writing before Horse arrival to RPR
OWNER’S EXPENSES - Any additional expenses incurred by RPR on behalf of the Owner and
in the event veterinary services and/or farrier services are provided for Horse or miscellaneous expenses
were incurred for Horse, will be the sole responsibility of Owner and shall be paid prior to the release of
the Horse from RPR quarantine.
SECURITY INTEREST - In accordance with Chapter 713 of the Florida Statutes, Owner hereby
grants to RPR and/or its operators a security in Horse for any unpaid Owner’s expenses.
INSURANCE - Owner shall maintain and pay for life and casualty insurance and extended coverage
insurance on Horse in such amounts to fully compensate Owner in the event there is any loss, damage
or death to Horse. Owner hereby waives any and all rights of recovery, claims, actions, or causes of
action against RPR , its respective agents, officers, directors end employees for any loss or damage that
occurs to Horse by reason of fire, elements, or any other cause which could be insured against Owner,
regardless of cause or origin, including negligence or willful misconduct of RPR, his agents, officers,
directors and employees.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK - Owner expressly assumes all liability for or on account of any such injury,
loss or damage to Horse, its agents, officers, directors and employees harmless from all liability, suits,
demands, loss or damage of any nature, including attorneys’ fees, including those arising from RPR, its
agents, officers, directors and employees negligence, gross negligence and/or willful misconduct
incurred in or caused by or arising out of any such injury, loss or damage to Horse.

PERSONAL GUARANTY - In the event the registered Owner is an entity, the agent, by signing
below, personally and unconditionally guarantees the faithful, prompt and complete compliance by Owner
with all terms and conditions of this Agreement and agrees to pay all costs, expenses, charges and other
expenditures required to be made by Owner under the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
COLLECTION - In the event any Owner’s expenses are not paid pursuant to the terms of this
Agreement within ten (10) days after the same becomes due and payable, Owner shall be deemed in default
of this Agreement and all outstanding sums owed by Owner to RPR, shall thereafter bear interest at the
maximum rate permitted by law. Owner shall be responsible to RPR for any reasonable attorney’s fees and
costs incurred by RPR in attempting to collect payment or enforcing the terms of this
Agreement, through and including any appellate costs and fees.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE - This agreement shall be constructed in accordance with and
shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any legal action must brought in the appropriate
jurisdictional Court of Citrus County, Florida.
