MORNING REPORT
106TH CAVALRY RECONNAISSANCE TROOP
19 DECEMBER 1944
The names of all six officers were listed as Missing-In-Action and are highlighted in
the color blue. The names of 111 enlisted men listed as Missing-In-Action are on the
following pages and are those men without a line through their name. The 26
enlisted men left in the Recon Troop from the original complement of 143 who were
not captured or killed are listed with a line through their name. Seventeen of theses
men were in the hospital from either being Wounded-In-Action or from Trench foot,
nine were on temporary duty to the 424th Regiment and one was left for duty – Tec 5
Earl Liston.
