Fox Wire Farm Trucker Cap
Our FWF trucker cap is similar to that of a baseball cap, with a slightly curved bill in front, a cap
constructed from six almost triangular gores, and a button on top. Instead of being made of cotton
fabric like a typical baseball cap, the front section of our trucker cap above the bill is foam, and the

Placing Your Order

Time Zone). All orders are assessed Virginia’s 6% Sales Tax.
Method of Payment
We accept cash, all PayPal Payment Methods including but not limited to eCheck and MasterCard, VISA and
Discover credit cards. We regret we cannot accept personal checks.
Terms of Purchase
Fox Wire Farm Alpacas reserves the right to amend errors or update product information at any time without prior
notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error, or error in
pricing information received from our suppliers, Fox Wire Farm Alpacas may cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your order is canceled, and your credit card charged for the purchase, Fox Wire Farm Alpacas will promptly issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price. If we do need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully

substitute items without your consent.

U.S. Shipping and Handling Services Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days, and most often within 1 to 2 days, for all in-stock items. You will be

when possible. Orders of $250 or higher are packed and shipped FREE

USA). We also offer Express, and International Shipping for an additional charge.

confident you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item because of size, color,
or for any other reason, you are welcome to return merchandise, within 15 days of receipt, for a full refund of the

Care / Cleaning of Alpaca Clothing
Alpaca clothing and accessories are naturally strong and durable. Some of the more common issues with other
fibers such as stains, pilling and static electricity are minimal and even virtually eliminated with proper care and
maintenance. You’ll continue to enjoy the softness and value of your alpaca clothing through one fashion craze to
the next by just following these simple instructions:

Always check the label and follow the instructions to determine whether you should dry clean or
hand-wash your alpaca clothing.

Refreshing alpaca clothing is quick and easy. Just air it out!

If it’s really wrinkled then turn on the shower and steam up the bathroom! The moisture in the air is all it
takes to eliminate any wrinkles.

You’ll want to avoid stretching your alpaca clothing by hanging sweaters over a padded hanger or
folding and placing them in a drawer.

Periodically brush your alpaca clothing with a lint brush. This will revive the nap and bring out the luster.

Never use the dryer on any alpaca clothing.
Hand Washable Alpaca Clothing
The Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association (AOBA) have recommended the following instructions for any
hand-washable apparel.

Wash separately.

Fill the sink with cold water and mild liquid detergent. Never use bleach.

Soak the item for three to five minutes and gently squeeze the suds through the garment. Do not twist,
wring or scrub. Do not agitate.

Rinse the item twice in clean, cold water.

Gently squeeze out excess water.

Lay the garment between two towels, roll up the towels and let it rest for a few minutes.

Lay the garment on a dry towel and place it in its original shape.

Allow to dry away from sunlight and direct heat. Turn the item over when the top side is dry and allow
the underside to dry. The garment can be lightly steamed with an iron using a press cloth for protection.
Or…steam up that bathroom! Any wrinkles will melt away!
Storing Your Alpaca Apparel
The unique characteristics of the alpaca fiber not only keep you warm in the winter but cool in the summer. If you do
need to store clothes for the change in seasons though, first follow the above tips on care and cleaning before
storing to prevent moths and carpet larvae from damaging your alpaca clothing. Store all alpaca clothing in airtight
containers with small scented bags. Do Not Use Moth Balls! Your alpaca clothing will be ready when you are!
