Before setting off on your Nicaraguan discovery
journey, we’ll meet with you as a group to tell
you more about what it’s really like to live and
play in the country of Nicaragua.
You’ll meet business leaders, country
promoters, legal advisers and current owners
within Grupo Mariana’s communities.
You’ll learn everything there is to know
about how to become our neighbor…
from those who know Nicaragua best.

Your third day on Nicaragua will be spent earning about the famous Nicaraguan sunshine!
You’ll be our very special guests at Seaside
Mariana… Explore the beach by horseback or
quad, enjoy a helicopter tour or just lounge by
the ocean .
In the afternoon, you’ll join the Flemings at their
private beach house to enjoy a cool dip in the
pool. When the sun begins to set, you’ll be treated to a meal by the ocean with music and entertainment and enjoy the warmth of traditional
Nicaraguan hospitality.
At the end of your day, we’ll escort you back to
your hotel where you can enjoy a good night’s
sleep before departing the following morning.

Your group will depart for the the charming,
flower-filled village of Catarina and Apoyo
Lagoon. Then you’ll head out for some Nicaraguan shopping at Masaya Market.
Your will then depart for the Colonial city of
Granada where you’ll then enjoy an authentic
Nicaraguan lunch and time to explore Granada.
Afterwards, you’ll set sail on a relaxing boat ride
through the Isletas on Lake Nicaragua.
When you return to shore, the group will finish
the afternoon looking into the heart of
the famous Masaya Volcano!
At the end of your day, we’ll take you back
to the hotel to refresh and rejuvenate,and
prepare for a dinner and night full of fun.
