Jialing Liu studied at the University of Tianjin and soon began developing his professional life. From 2003 to 2006 he used
his engineering skills in the Fourth Harbor Engeneering Company. Later he became General Deputy and Project Manager
at the Company, a post in which he later specialized in the division of America. Currently, he serves as General Manager of
CHEC in Mexico and Costa Rica.
