PHL’s tallest tower
reaches 61% completion
Gramercy Residences, Century City’s first luxury residential condo and the country’s
tallest tower to date, is now more than halfway completed following its topping off
ceremony in January 2011.
Standing at over 70 floors, Gramercy has achieved the total number of levels stated
in its masterplan, offering unprecedented views of the Makati skyline as well as
neighboring cities.
Installation of electrical and pipe sleeves for fire protection and sanitary lines are
currently in-progress. Wall retouching and waterproofing works are being done for
Gramercy’s Sky Park on the 36th level, one of the amenity floors that houses three
swimming pools. Other SkyPark facilities include a spa and wellness center, a
children’s playground, and a café and restaurant among others.
Exterior paintworks for the Gramercy’s east elevation commenced in October and the
completion of first coat is expected at the end of the month.
The Gramercy Residences at Century City is developed by Century City
Development Corporation and is located in Kalayaan Avenue near corner Makati
Avenue, Makati City.
