Breakfast and Didactic Presentation lead by Dr. Small

First case begins/Typically 3-4 cases are scheduled for observation/Dr. Small will
continue presentation between cases

Lunch and Departure/Flyte Tyme Worldwide Car Service will transfer surgeons to
the airport
*No departing flights will be scheduled before 2:00 PM.
