trails winding through our neighborhood canyons!
2. Go hiking or biking in Mission Trails Park, it is
just a mile east down Clairemont Mesa Blvd!
3. If you drive towards Antigua Blvd from the I-15,
you will see a flight of stairs on your left… join
your neighbors in climbing those stairs for just 15
minutes! Soreness is completely guaranteed!
4. Take a walk around the community and check
out the dog park if you haven’t already, or schedule a FREE tennis lesson with Pro Coach Fred!

Maintenance Tips …..
BBQS- In order to safely use the BBQ grill, you
must first turn on the safety valve and then turn
on the switch! The grill will not turn on if the
valve is off. The time will automatically shut off
the grill after 3 hours of usage.
Patios & Balconies- Keeping your patio or balcony free of storage will prevent you from having
to deal with spiders and/or webs, dust, weird bugs
and more!
Pets hanging out on the patio/balconySummer is coming and the heat is reeling in! We
want to remind you that leaving pets unattended
outside is not allowed! They are like children and
must be supervised at all times if they are not inside your
apartment home! Safety First !
