Return Service Requested
A Monthly Publication of Denman Avenue Baptist Church
From Bro. Keith . . .
How do we begin to say goodbye to a church
family that has loved us and served alongside of
us. I would like to start by saying thank you for
your prayers and encouragement over the past
month. I think the hardest step of faith in this
journey is the first step and I know it has only
been possible because of your prayers and encouragement.
Secondly, I would like to thank Bro. Jeff and Mrs.
Ruth as they have prayed for and over Debbie and
I these past weeks. We look forward to hearing
what God is going to do through Denman Ave.
over the years to come under the guidance and
leadership of Bro. Jeff. You have heard me share
about the staff of Denman Ave. being like a family. I consider these men my brothers, Kevin, Ron
and Bro Charles, we have laughed and cried together over these years and I will cherish your
friendships for a lifetime.
NOVEMBER REPORT
FROM THE FINANCIAL RECORDS
Thirdly, I believe the reason for my longevity at
Denman Ave. was made possible because of the
Godly men and women who have been a part of
student ministry over the years. Their partnership
with us over the past 17 years has allowed us to
further the work of the Kingdom.
Budget Required for the Month: $104,004.00
Budget Receipts for the Month: $115,084.04
Over/Under for the Month: + 11,080.04
Touching Eternity Offerings to Date:
$1,747,638.81
When you try and honestly think of how many of
you have helped us over the years it is mind boggling. The requests for scholarships, D-Now
homes, workers, cooks, food, anything that was
ever asked was always there because you believed
in our youth and, for that, I am eternally grateful.
FROM THE SUNDAY SCHOOL RECORDS
Enrollment : 1416
Average Attendance for the Month: 424
Lastly, for the students who have been a part of
Souled Out Ministries, you have left an eternal
mark on our lives. These are relationships that I
will always cherish. My prayer in these days to
come, is that you will simply see Debbie and I
living out what we have shared with you.

In the middle of November, we had the chance to
share with you our call to Church Under the Tree
Ministries. If you were not able to attend and
would like to hear how you can partner with us
please call or email, and we would love to sit
down and share with you our need.
The Nash’s will be praying for you as a church in
the months to come as you begin the process of
searching for a new Youth Pastor. I know that
God has a plan and will send the next Youth Pastor to further the Kingdoms work through the
students at Denman Ave. We Love you and you
will always be a part of our lives.

@ 6:00 p.m.
Invite your friends and
families to worship with us
at the special service as we
celebrate the true reason
for the season and the
Light of the World through
music and the presentation
of God’s Word.
The Music of Christmas
The Children’s Choir will be presenting the
Christmas musical, The Light Before
Christmas, on Sunday, December 8 @
6:00 p.m. The Light Before Christmas
was, and is, Jesus Christ. Before God set
one star in place or separated the oceans
from the land, He had a plan for the eventual
redemption of His creation.
The Adult Choir’s presentation of Christmas is Jesus will take place on Sunday,
December 15 during the 6:00 p.m. worship
service. The message of the Gospel rings
out loud and clear in Christmas Is Jesus,
a musical that echoes the true reason
for our seasonal celebration. Filled with
treasured Christmas carols and a clear
evangelistic presentation, the music and
message will make your season bright!
