Levitt Homes and continued and
completed in 1978 by local builders Joe
Keim, Ed Keim and Faganel Builders.
The Orchard Cove subdivision was
established in 1985. Development began
on the Marywood subdivision in 1994. Both Orchard Cove & Marywood were
built by Joe Keim.
Stump Removal
Progress
With the rapid removal of dead and
potentially hazardous trees in the past
year and a very wet early summer,
contractors were unable to keep pace
with stump grinding. Contractors are
continuing to address stump removal
and anticipate they will be completed
with stump removals by the end of
2015. You can follow the progress of
crews using the Stump Removal
Progress Map. The map allows you to
search by address to see the status of
specific stump removals.

FALL CLEAN-UP
Parkway Ash Tree Replacement
Falling leaves all around!....please
The City is now working on a program to replace
remember to clean away fallen leaves
parkway ash trees with new trees as part of a large
reforestation effort. Contracted crews will be
planting replacement trees on all sites deemed
suitable for replanting. Due to the large scale of
this project, it is a multi-year program.
For more information, see the Parkway Ash Tree
Replacement Program section of the City's website

from the sewer grates. Plus, be a good
neighbor and rake up YOUR fallen leaves
before the wind shares them with your
neighbors!

Dear friends and SCHA neighbors,
Over the years, I've donated to many worthy causes. This will
be the first time I've raised money and I'm asking for your help.
More than 11 children will be diagnosed with a brain tumor
today and every day in the U.S. More than half will die from it.
Aidan's Army raises money to fund research at Lurie
Children's Hospital. Every penny you donate goes straight to
Lurie's. All costs are covered by the fundraisers.
The best thing is that you can win a fabulous pinball machine. Tickets are $10 each, 3 for $25, 7 for $50,
and 15 for $100.
Win it, enjoy it, gift it to someone and be the coolest person ever, be a hero to your grandkids, charge
people to play it and get rich, or sell it (it's estimated to be worth $500-$700) but most of all; donate and
save a child's life. Thanks. Tom Hatting
Tickets can be purchased by contacting me personally at 630-292-0245 or at 539 Brighton Drive or by
sending your donation to [email protected] at PayPal and include your name and phone number.
