Description
Unit with integrated energy-efficient fan
ready for connection. The stable and torsionfree housing is made of sheet steel with a
lacquer finish in RAL 5002. The service door
is fitted with clip fasteners. The housing has
smooth internal surfaces. The bottom part
is designed as an oil- and waterproof collection pan. Multi-stage high-performance
system. Aerosols and liquid particles are
mechanically separated by the patented
X-CYCLONE© basic element type RXZ. The
finest aerosols are agglomerated via additional filter stages using high-performance
agglomerators to ensure that even smallest
droplets are separated. All basic elements
and agglomerators can be cleaned and
reused, no throwaway filters!
The flame-arresting capability has been
tested successfully by the German TÜV in
compliance with the directives of the American Underwriters Laboratories®.
The UC Compact series is optionally
available with automatic REVEX® spray
unit!
Option:
AGG06 honeycomb agglomerator consisting of a
combination of aluminium oxide and plastic foam.
Particularly suitable for fine unpolluted oil vapours
and steam.
Material: Steel sheet housing with a lacquer finish
in RAL 5002
Agglomerators made of stainless steel
Special versions:
Versions made completely of stainless steel are
available on request!

on the following page.
Recommended operating volume flow per extraction unit:

UC-SC: 800 m3/h
UC-C2: 2,500 m3/h
UC-C3: 4,000 m3/h
UC-C1: 1,200 m3/h
The total length of the suction and exhaust air lines together may not
exceed 3 metres with the specified connection diameter (see next page)!

-The Ultra Cleaner type UC-C-Mini is suitable for direct extraction on processing machines running
in emulsion* with a processing space of up to 1 m³.
-The Ultra Cleaner type UC-C-SC is suitable for direct extraction on processing machines running
in emulsion* with a processing space of 0.5 m³ to 2 m³.
-The Ultra Cleaner type UC-C-1 is suitable for direct extraction on processing machines running
in emulsion* with a processing space of 1 m³ to 4 m³.
-The Ultra Cleaner type UC-C-2 is suitable for direct extraction on processing machines running
in emulsion* with a processing space of 3 m³ to 8 m³.
- The Ultra Cleaner type UC-C-3 is suitable for direct extraction on processing machines running
in emulsion* with a processing space of 6 m³ and more.

Electrostatic collector top unit, suitable as electrostatic after-filter for processing operations

REVEN® electrostatic collectors comply with the ozone limit of 0.3 mg/m³.

Accessory extraction hose, type Extraction Kit II
Extremely flexible lightweight, compressible
extraction and blower hose suitable for
exhaust air evacuation on welding smoke
extraction arms, dust separators and oil
mist extractors. It has proven its value as
a conducting hose for gaseous media at a
medium temperature range of – 30 °C to
+ 140 °C. Extraction hose made of oil-resistant material. Extraction hose for REVEN®
Ultra Cleaner oil mist separator consisting of
a hose of 2 m in length and 2 hose clamps.

Accessory extraction arm, type Extraction Kit I
Extraction arm made of stainless steel and
aluminium, available with a diameter of
200 mm and 300 mm. Extraction Kit I
consists of a carriage for the extraction unit
including the arm and the extraction hood.
The arm length is variable between 1 m
and 3 m; the extraction hood has a size of
500 x 500 mm. The complete unit is mobile
and adjustable via a star grip screw. See also
