REQUEST FOR THE APPROVAT OF SANGGUNIANG PANTALAWIGAN NG TAGUNA FOR
REVISION OF RESOTUTION NO. 01, S. 2OL2 FOR THE RE.PROGRAMMING OF 2010.
?OLI CONTINUING FUND
WHEREAS, to ensure more effective and more efficient Province-wide Local Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management programs and/or activities designed to lessen socio
economic and environmental impacts of disasters within the province, we revised the
existing resolution on the re-programmed funds to be utilized in procurement of supplies,
services, equipment motor vehicles and construction of the office and warehouse;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, and on motion of Engr.lEN SOREL S.IASARENO,
Asst. Head,PDRRMO, duly seconded by Dr. fudy A. Rondilla PHO II, and by unanimously
consent of all Council Members present, there being a.quorum;
it is hereby RESOLVED to APPROVE the revision of concurrence with
re-programming of the amount of One Hundred Three Million Ninety Eight Thousand Two
Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and Sixty Six Centavos [Php L03,098,287.66) from the first
resolution of continuing appropriation and allotment for year 2010 and 2011 for the
following account codes with corresponding amount:

Whereas, it is the declared policy of the Province to provide mechanism and programs on
disaster risk reduction from the provincial to municipalities levels;
Whereas, we made this recommendation according to the given information of different
towns/ municipalities on their present situation; and
Whetreas, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and.Management Council (PDRRMC) is a
govelnment entity mandated to act in times of needs of it's people;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, and on motion of Dr. Mary Grace M. Bustamante,
Head,'Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, duly seconded by Mr. Israel A. Somera, PGENRO, and by unanimously consent of all Council Members presen! there being a quorum;
