Since its formation in 2006, Al-Watania Information Technology Services Company (WITS) has been
pioneering in providing innovative and next generation ‘Information Technology Solutions and Services’

adapted to the working environment for all types of organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
and in the region.

Information Technology (IT) is a journey by itself… We cannot keep up with the pace of IT innovation
throughout the globe; however, IT innovation by itself is useless, if we cannot combine it with

5.1.1 CASE MANAGEMENT
WITS provides a best in class case management framework based on the EverSuite ECM platform and
available in both SharePoint and J2EE technologies. The case management concept is rapidly growing in
Saudi Arabia, as it addresses both collaborative and pre-defined business process automation. Case
Management is the right and optimum balance between control and collaboration. Extreme control is
not healthy within any working environment, where on the other hand, extreme collaboration can also
jeopardize information governance and security standards.
The EverSuite case management platform provides the required turnkey solutions for administrative
