STYLE B
Follow basic beanie pattern, using these colours –
Cast on using Colour 2.
Ribbed Brim –
Work in 4 row stripes of Colour 2 and Colour 1.
Stocking St and Crown –
Style B – 2 balls Colour 1 and 1 ball Colour 2
Using 4.00mm needles for rem, work in Colour 1.

22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm over stocking st,
using 4.00mm needles.
Check your tension carefully.
If less sts to 10cm use smaller needles, if more
sts use bigger needles.

Work a further 25 (29-29) rows rib.
Stocking St –
Change to 4.00mm needles.
Work in stocking st until beanie measures 9 (11-13)
cm from end of rib, ending with a purl row and dec
4 (0-4) sts evenly in this row … 102 (110-110) sts.
Medium and Large sizes only –
1st row – K12, sl 1, K1, psso, (K1, K2tog, K22,

Join side edges to form back seam, reversing
