applies only to qualifying new KitchenAid® Stand Mixers, Attachments, and Stand Blenders purchased between September 1 – October 13, 2016. No substitution

Claims must be received by November 13, 2016 at the address below, or offer will be void. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. No responsibility will be
taken for lost, misdirected or delayed claims. Offer is open only to residents of Canada purchasing from participating authorized Canadian KitchenAid® appliance dealers.
This offer is not available to dealers, builders or contractors. One claim per household. This offer is available on new retail purchases only. All approved claims will be issued

Complete the online claim form at
KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers and include the
product’s serial number when completing
the online form. You will be required to
upload an image of your appliance
purchase sales receipt to receive your rebate
by mail. If you prefer to mail in your
submission, the form can be printed from
the above site and mailed to the address on
the form with a copy of your appliance
purchase sales receipt.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND OFFER DETAILS
This offer applies only to qualifying new KitchenAid® Stand Mixers,
Attachments and Stand Blenders purchased between September 1
– October 13, 2016. For a complete list of qualifying appliances and
their corresponding rebate amounts see section entitled Qualifying
Appliances. Only the models identified are eligible. No substitute
models qualify. GST/HST/QST and provincial tax (where applicable)
are included in the rebate amount. In order to receive your rebate
by mail, you must complete and submit an online claim form at
KitchenAid.ca/specialoffers before November 13, 2016, or offer will
be void. Missing information will delay offer fulfillment. For online
submissions complete with an uploaded image of a valid purchase
sale receipt, allow up to 6 weeks to receive your rebate. If you chose
to submit by mail please allow for 6-8 weeks from when we receive
your claim by mail with the eligible purchase sale receipt. Offer is
open only to residents of Canada purchasing from participating
authorized Canadian KitchenAid® small appliance dealers. This offer
