HVAC Performance Tracking
Evia monitors the performance of HVAC
units, allowing users to quickly check on

under-performing units before they fail is

Demand Control
Evia is designed to reduce the overall
electric demand of the building by adjusting loads during peak times. Temperature
setpoints can be set to automatically adjust
during peaks to reduce energy consumed,
proven to save up to 10% of demand
charges.
Platform Flexibility
All major building controls protocols are
native to the StruxureWare platform
including BACnet, Modbus, Lonworks and
others. Evia provides a central integration
and data collection point for many systems
that are currently not connected outside of
the restaurant.

all on a 15” touch screen. The system is
