Farmland Fabricated Products are great for appetizers or small plates. There are many different flavors and
techniques for making these your own signature menu item:
DRY RUB can be placed on the fabricated products before cooking—made with pre-mixed seasonings like
taco, Cajun, and BBQ, or make your own blend.
MARINATE fabricated products before cooking to add a distinctive flavor.

Cooking Instructions
Thaw product in refrigerator 2 to 3 days before cooking.
DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
Raw Items
Conventional Oven: Place meat on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Roast at 350°F. for 1½ to 2 hours until tender. If desired, brush with sauce during
last 30 minutes of roasting.
Convection Oven: Place meat on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Roast at 325°F. for 1½ to 2 hours until tender. If desired, brush with sauce during
last 30 minutes of roasting.
Fully Cooked Backrib Pieces
Boil in Bag: Place rib pieces in enough boiling water to cover pouch. Boil 35 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F. (55 to 65 minutes
for frozen rib pieces).
Conventional Oven: Arrange rib pieces in single layer in shallow pan; cover. Bake at 375°F. for 45 to 55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Convection Oven: Arrange rib pieces in single layer in shallow pan; cover. Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
Microwave Oven: Place bag of rib pieces in microwave-safe casserole. Cut three slits in top for venting. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 5 to 10
minutes or until meat reaches 140°F. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
