Going Out
North Cornelly and nearby Pyle boast a wide
selection of friendly traditional pubs and
restaurants, with even more choice in Bridgend
just a short bus ride away, including an Odeon
multi-screen cinema. The Grand Pavilion in
Porthcawl offers a wide variety of entertainment,
including the unmissable annual pantomime,
while both Cardiff and Swansea have a wide
choice of theatres and concert venues, including
the magnificent Millennium Centre, which
attracts some of entertainment’s biggest names.
Sport and Leisure
The miles of golden sandy beaches offer endless
scope for sport and leisure while the nearby
village of Pyle hosts a public swimming baths and

rest of the UK. Regular bus services connect
North Cornelly with the surrounding towns and
villages, including Porthcawl and Bridgend.

Country Park, with its castle, deer park and
extensive grounds. A hugely popular local
