Shipping & Freight
Orders are sent F.O.B. McAllen, Texas 78504. Customer agrees to pay freight
charges on orders cancelled after shipment.
Note: Most items are shipped UPS or FedEx and require some assembly. Some
larger items may be shipped only by motor freight.
Replacement of Items Damaged in Shipment
Care Products will send fittings / parts and help customer repair or replace
items damaged in shipment as quickly as possible provided the customer has
done the following:
1. Inspected freight for damage prior to acceptance of delivery.
2. Noted any damage, in writing, on signed delivery receipt.
3. Call Care Products to report any damage and receive further instructions.
Care Products will assume no expense due to freight damage unless notified
within 15 days of date of shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned as follows:
1. Authorization for return must be requested within 15 days of shipment and
customer must receive an RMA number before product may be returned.
2. Item must be unused, disassembled, internally strapped as shipped and
boxed in original or compatible carton.
3. Customer agrees to pay 15% restocking fee and in/out freight.
4. Custom products are non-returnable, non-refundable.
Warranty
1. 5 Year Warranty on Pipe & Fittings (Limited)
2. 3 Year Warranty on New EZ Clean Casters if properly maintained and used
within capacity advertised. (Limited)
3. 1 Year Warranty from date of Invoice on all other casters if properly
maintained and used with capacity advertised. (Limited)
4. 6 Months (limited) Warranty from date of Invoice on Workmanship and
Material Integrity.
All Warranties apply only if items used within capacity advertised and under
normal use.

Series 700 Shower Gurneys—For patients
who cannot be bathed in conventional manner, we’ve
developed a shower gurney with an elevating 3-position
headrest for bedside or bathing room use. The gurney
frame has side rails held securely in place by D-Pins which
allow barrier-free transfers.
The closed cell pad provides cushioned comfort and can
be easily removed for cleaning. The full length drain pan
(Model 700CC) catches falling water. The attached hose
directs the residue to any nearby tub or floor drain.
Equipped standard with 5” x 1.25” wheels, the middle set
allows for extra reinforcement to prevent sagging and
increase maneuverability.
