HFP Racing was founded in 1989 and is a leader in the industry of multisport management and marketing with over twenty (25) regionally owned and operated multisport
and special events along with 10 managed events.
HFP Racing is one of the largest promoters of multisport events in the Mideast and boasts
a customer base of over 15,000. HFP is known for innovative events like the American
Triple-T and the Ohio Women’s Triathlon for the Cure Series and specializes in both short
and long distance triathlons like the Wheelie Fun Series, Great Buckeye Challenge and
the Deer Creek Fall Challenge.
HFP Racing has produced over 500 events in the last 22 years. As HFP Racing recognizes
the ever changing arena of multisport, it will continue to introduce new events while
simultaneously supporting the progress of events currently on the schedule.

The 20th annual Wheelie Fun
Multisport Series is America’s longest
running simultaneous triathlon and
duathlon event series, visiting a total of 7
destinations, geographically placed to
cater to all major Ohio centers of
population, as well as Morgantown, WV.
The Susan G. Komen Ohio Women’s
Triathlon for the Cure Series will visit
7 Ohio venues, targeting all major markets in Ohio including Columbus,
Cincinnati, Dayton, Cleveland, Akron and
Toledo. 50% of all registration
proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen
Affiliates of Ohio. The series features a
beginner friendly 250 yard swim, 7 mile
bike and finishes with a 2 mile run.

the Globe, The American Triple-T
Ohio and North Carolina events are a
combination of creativity and innovation
not found elsewhere in the world of
Triathlon. In these two unique and
wildly popular events, participants
complete 4 triathlon’s in 3 days. This
allows potential clients to leave a lasting
impression on racers, as they will be
offering the imagery of their company
and showcasing their product to the
same audience, consistently for 3 full
days of racing.

Transition Area Sponsor $20,000
The official HFP Transition Sponsor allows Company to brand the
Athlete’s Transition Area.

· Ability to brand transition entrance and exit archways, areas each athlete will
pass through multiple times throughout the event and one of the most desirable
photo locations
· Ability to brand entire fencing area, used to enclose transition area
Swim Area Sponsor $20,000
The official HFP Transition Sponsor allows Company to brand the Swim Area.

· Ability to brand the swim entrance and exit areas, including an array of flying
feathers leading to the swim area with sponsor logo and branding of all large
swim buoys used to signify the start of the course and mark it throughout
· Ability to brand participants swim caps, worn by each triathlete and taken
home afterwards as race memorabilia
Post-Race Sponsor $15,000
The official HFP Post-Race Sponsor allows Company to brand the Athlete Post-Race
food and beverage area.

· Ability to brand the post-race tent area
· Ability to provide post-race recovery food and drink, including specific
nutritional products to be sampled by all athletes
Individual and Group Race Sponsor $10,000-$20,000
HFP Racing does permit individual and group sponsorships (ie: Southern Ohio races only,
Triathlon for the Cure Series, etc…) on a case to case basis for Company’s interested in a
specific demographic or geographic area.
*Title Sponsorship includes all HFP Racing owned events and does not include the
MedExpress Mountaineer Triathlon, the MedExpress Nittany Lion Triathlon and the Giant
Eagle Triathlon.
